CNN's headline is "Police engaging possible suspect."

Doesn't that seem improperly worded? I don't think there's any question Djokovic is a suspect at this point. Is he really a "possible suspect?"

Shouldn't it be Police possibly engaging suspect if there's any question about his identity?

If they make any more mistakes in their reporting their headlines are going to read "Theoretical law enforcement committing undetermined action against hypothetical human or human/like object."
