Falcons needs as per NFL.com
DL, S, TE, OL, CB
Needs Analysis: Coach Mike Smith is accustomed to massive defensive tackles, and he doesn't have that with the Falcons. The team also released Lawyer Milloy and didn't re-sign two starting linebackers. The Falcons will go for defense in the 2009 draft.
NFL.com hasn't updated the needs section, as the Gonzalez trade eliminates any need for the Falcons to draft an early TE. Too bad for Pettigrew, as I feel pretty safe in skipping him here.
