Fanduel: Condia lineup controversy (1 Viewer)

The payout smells fishy to me.

Just sayin

Show the logs that PROVE he made the changes before the deadline, and you dont have to pay out anyone, or make excuses.

Sorry... this looks worse to me
How would you even know that what you were looking at was legitimate? What if they just posted a screenshot that looked like this:

Username Contest_ID Lineup_Submission_Timecondia S29137143 6:51:44 PMcondia S29137146 6:51:44 PMcondia S29137150 6:51:45 PMcondia S29137152 6:51:45 PM... ... ...Would you be like, "Oh, ok, I guess he did get his entries in on time." You either believe their explanation or you don't. If you think they're lying about what happened, then asking them to "show the logs" is silly.
They just have to show the long form logs and everyone is satisfied.

Feels like the daily content is crowding out the other stuff. Most of the pieces read like they are totally algo driven IMO.
I'm sure I'm in the minority on this one, but IMO, the daily stuff has always seemed a bit... I don't know... dirty or something. And FBG's involvement has been a bit of a turnoff for me. I'm probably just being silly and irrational, but it's just the feeling I get. And that's before I even heard of this condia guy.

I don't think Fanduel nailed anything when they admit "around Christmas their copy database that the live scoring system gets its data from is only just keeping up," Then on Jan 3rd and 4th problems shown. If anything it appears they were being cheap trying to save a buck and putting off upgrades. Only when a problem surfaced two days in a row (with the first they totally screwing that up and only assuming the issue was on Condia's end) For a Million dollar company they have some horrible techs. For a company not wanting to risk the rep in a growing market they sure did cut corners in their Friday investigation.

They claimed on Friday they talked to Condia in great length (from a podcast) you think if that was a guy with 1 lineup in a 5 dollar 50/50 he would get such a lengthly talk with Fanduel's techs? Condia plays high volumne and will always get special treatment over Joe Blow.

I have seen blogs where people make about trying to beat him or steal his lineup from early games. Condia is a big name on Fanduel. Just watch the chat for 10 minutes. He is like Keyser Söze... or bigfoot. His name and Fanduel go had in hand.

He might be a real person, but Im pretty sure he is seeing kick backs from playing on Fanduel. If not... then he is missing out. Take Vegas for example Big gamblers get comps.. and treated like Kings for gambling in their hotel. What if Condia said he was going to take his action to a up and coming DFS? You dont think Fanduel would miss that?

Further a little off topic there is the issue of Condia and 1ucror They play the same lineup and their accounts were created 4 days apart. Fanduel says you can't have two accounts unless they aprove it. Why is there even that part in the rules where they allow two accounts at all? I would think with all the money Condia plays if he wanted a second account he could of would get one. This would also work around the limits put on everyone playing only a certain amount of dollar games at the same price.
