Fanduel/Draftkings week 17 (1 Viewer)

Got rid of the few Wilson and Moncrief plays I had in cash in favor of Royal and Floyd...some other minor kicker changes may have been needed.

Still rolling real heavy with Asiata and ODB (who is nearly 100%). Playing Amendola alot, maybe 40%.

I'm pretty much all in on Brees this week. Have a feeling that Saints do everything in their power to get Drew his 5k yards as well as 3-4 TDs. Fingers crossed.

 
I went with 7 different lineups in GPPs this week. Not going to cash out the little money I have on FD so it's go big or go home.

Used Chase, Asiata, CJ Anderson, Bell, OBJ, and Amendola in a few. Went with a bunch of different TEs but went heavy on SF and Baltimore defenses.

Looks like Dez, Murray, Bailey, and to some extent Romo already hit value. Hopefully they won't play the 2nd half. If Murray/Dez/Romo were to get injured in the 2nd half of a meaningless game, Jerry should finally fire Garrett.

This was my strategy as well. A lot of Quintupleups and high concentration of $ in GPPs.

 
Thank goodness for that 65 yard TD run by Randle. Thought Dallaa would sit Murray by half at the latest and had Randle in 2 cash lineups. One of those "nice play, don't ever do it again" calls by me.

 
$461 (half my bankroll) in this week and netted $308. Played 112 contests. 2 lineups used for total of $340 worth of double, triple, Quintupleups. One lineup hit on all matchups and the other hit on only the double ups. Had $140 of $461 in 70 or so GPPs and lost $40 there. Was going for all other nothing approach given my winnings for the year were so close to the 1099 threshold I felt like I was playing a bit with house money. Thanks to Antonio Brown. DFS MVP this year.

Damn, nice. I faded in the Playboy to 509th, but Brown vaulted me to 150th out of 46k in a Dive. Only $20 on a $1 entry, but is my best GPP payout to date. I wish this season wasn't ending (at least the regular season).

On another note, Bell's injury cost me some money as I was right on top of a few cash lines. Then again, maybe Brown's heroics don't happen if Bell stays in.

Congrats.. I'm hoping a lot from here just banked on that Brown TD. I was on the edge and he did it. Prob only play a few from now on. GL to all and thx to FbG see yall next year.

 
Finished off with 3 very strong weeks out of the last 4: +96.25% this week. Swept my #1, #2, and #3 cash lineups. Hit 2 $2 double-ups with my #4 lineup, otherwise was skunked with it. I knew better, but I couldn't resist the urge to slap together a Chase lineup. Mini-cashed in a few GPPs otherwise whiffed on that front, again.

Thank goodness the season is over because the illusion of "I've got this all figured out now" is strong. And make no mistake, that's what it is -- an illusion. A meaningless, totally random 65 yard TD run pushed 2 of those lineups from losers into sweep winners. I did finally pick a TE winner though (Kelce) so I feel good about that.

My brother was down for the year, so he decided to nut-up and enter a $200 entry 20 person league, and finished 2nd. I grind at $2 and $5, and he just irrationally throws down a big chunk in a low-probability play and hits.

 
If I've done my quick math right, I'm sitting at about +$700.00 for the year. I may be wagering quickly on the NBA. I'll need to find some insight on that.

I'm up $598 on the year. Is the threshold $600? Might be time to cash out.

 
Biggest GPP hit for me yet. Two $5 entries with the lineup below netted me $300 and $800, 2nd and 4th, place respectively. Just noticed this lineup got me $40 out of a $1 entry as well. Wish I had this in the Milli (would of netted $1250), but 3 entries with other lineups returned $250 for me.

Decker (threw him in a bunch of lineups once Harvin was inactive)

Fleener

Julio Jones was even in this lineup. Graham/49er's were the rest.
