MadduxOf course, I have no clue what type of league it is, how many teams or who else you have already drafted, but just on pure value for this year, and what round it seems like you are in, I would put those 3 at the top of the list. Ian Snell, Pudge and Anibal Sanchez would be my next 3.

to me, randy johnson is in a higher tier than those other pitchers.

i like chipper - depending on the round you're in;

irod should still be there; he's about the #9 pitcher and they should be taken late like kicikers.

i'd rather have chipper than blaylock.depending on what other slots you have for hitters, i'd take helton before irod unless you play two catchers i'd take randy for sure. not too familiar with the rest -- i guess snell - maybe glavine.

Roger Clemens.......Nice play here, but only if you can wait for him to play

Ted Lilly.......Will be overlooked, but the move to the NL will help. Look for 13-15 W's

Bartolo Colon......a risky pick, but with huge upside.

Tom Glavine.......Old as dirt, but he's like the energizer bunny.....just keeps going

Greg Maddux.....see Glavine

John Garland.....only helps in wins, declining K rate.....I'll pass

Anibal Sanchez.....Lots of upside, and a great keeper candidate.

Jason Jennings.....isn't he hurt too?

Ian Snell......I love this guy, not well known. But could be by the end of the year.

Wow pitching is weak.....I'd take RJ, and come back with either Lilly, Sanchez, or Snell

Personally, I'd take Anibal Sanchez and Roger Clemens. Sanchez is the absolute lock here this being a keeper league and him pretty much dominating every level he's pitched. I think you may be able to afford to wait on Clemens, but when the mercenary finally signs, he'll be nails. Until then, if you can sacrifice another roster spot for a starting pitcher a few picks later, do it while you wait on Clemens.

I have had this team for 5 years now. Its an odd keeper league, we have contracts and stuff, and can't always resign players. You have to sign 2 rookies every year and they must stay on your team for 3 years, unless there traded!!!!
