Anyone have a good set of re-draft by laws they could share? Or a good website to find some?

Also, how often do you update them?

I only play salary leagues. But, we update yearly as needed. Obvious changes are done without vote/discussion. Other issues are brought up for discussion by owners and voted on if necessary.
