Fantasy Football Quarterbacks (1 Viewer)

1. Peyton Manning--may not finish #1...but he's the most consistent.

2. Carson Palmer...provided the injury isn't an issue. If he's to be out--get a solid backup...Palmer will be money come playoff time.

3. Tom Brady--Too consistent to ignore...

4. Matt Hasselback

5. Marc Bulger

6. Jake Plummer-All of Owens's qbs have been fantasy studs.

7. Drew Brees-Assuming Miami--Brees to Chambers will be nice

8. Kurt Warner...sick #'s when he played.

9. Eli Manning

10. Dnovan Mcnabb-probably should be higher, but with Owens gone, I don't like the question marks.

Yeah, I have to believe that Palmer will put up top 5 numbers as long as he doesn't have any setbacks. So I guess my top five would go about like this

Manning

McNabb

Palmer

Brady

Bulger
i had to look twice to see if this thread was started last year or last week.Who is McNabb going to throw to?

Is Palmer even going to play a half season?

Bluger will always throw too many picks to be a top 5 QB
McNabb lead all QB's in PPG until his untimely injury. Other than that I only missed on Brady, who finished 7th overall. Not perfect but im happy with my forcasting. Now if I could only do so well with the WR's. :bye:

Brees has been top 5 last two years with two different teams. It's about time you qb gurus start giving him his due.

Brady was terrible last year over all. He is hurt from Belichicks brains of takeing what the deffense gives which is not passing more then half the time, and not haveing a star studed crop of targets. With Dillon gone and Stallworth and company added he could re-enter top 5 this year but I wouldn't put my $$$ on it.

Bulgar finally completed a year healthy and it was a surprise to me.

He is not in my top 5 forecast healthy or not.

Palmer should get back in top 5.

Romo is the new kid on the block. Should easily be a top 5 this year. Would have been last year if he started the whole year.

1. Peyton

2. McNab (if he can last and that's a big if)

3. Brees (Been top 3 last two years running)

4. Palmer (Will probably get back to 2)

5. Romo (Teach TO the playbook!)

Agree on all of this except that I'm not that sold on Romo...I can see a slump in his second starting year to the 10-13 area.

agreed. If I'm projecting a 2nd year starter into the top 5, Romo's not the guy. Romo's closer to #5 on my list of 2nd year starting QBs.

For 2007, FBG scoring redraft league. I'll go with...

Payton Manning

Carson Palmer

Donovan McNabb

Drew Brees

Marc Bulger

Really dark horse.... Jon Kitna
