They'll each get their yards, but it might take some time to sort it out. I didn't see the play, but own Brown ... how close was he to scoring?

He ran into the end zone but they ruled that he stepped out of bounds around the 10 yard line or so. It was close.

I'm already getting questions about it from the affected owners, so I'd just like to be able to let them know how it's going to work out. I'm pretty sure Brown will get the receiving yards. I assume the corollary to that is that Roethlisberger gets credit for passing yards for the entire play.

It was a forward lateral as well. I doubt the NFL will bother to correct it though.

If it was a forward lateral, they would have thrown a flag.

If they missed it,

They can't go back and correct something like that, Geez where are you guys getting your football knowledge from?

Just checked and it is all scored as receiving yards. Laterals are "continuation plays".

Yep. I remember owning Trung Candidate like 10 years ago when he scored this way.

that play had a huge outcome on our fantasy playoffs. those extra 5 receiving yards Rapleburger got gave one guy a 0.18 point win and pushed him into the playoffs over the guy I beat (after I had told him the week before how I was going to ensure he didn't make the playoffs)

i had Brown, so fortunately i won by 40-50 and didn't have to have that last td
