I've narrowed it down to these two... which one has the better reputation for producing auction values (4x4 league) which will enable one to assemble the best team to start the season?

I'd go with P.A.U.L. The guys over there are top notch and well respected in the industry. The site is a little clunky but they produce great stuff.

FBG, Captain Hook, is on staff over there.
