Orange and green. If you eat Jelly Bellys, definitely not red, as that puts you in cinnamon/spice territory that nobody wants.

My mother-in-law gives me a big Costco-sized jug of Jelly Bellys every year for my birthday.  That was at the end of February and the jar is half gone

 
Went with orange for nastiness-avoidance. Pretty much guaranteed to get an orange/tangerine flavor.

I think I've seen "spice" flavors for most of the other colors, and I'm generally not a fan.

the white is pretty varied as well -

is it coconut? ...vanilla? ...cream soda?

...or possibly pineapple?  

 
Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge black licorice fan.  Was a pretty handy taste to have as a kid as nobody liked the black jelly beans.  More for me!  

 
I'm not opposed to really any color, voted orange though I like black jelly beans as well. What I hate are the buttered popcorn Jelly Bellys. 

 
Was always more of a Starburst jelly bean fan, but I went with green. I think the buter popcorn flavored ones are butt nasty.

If you get the cheapo bag of jelly beans, black are the only worthwhile flavor. If you get Jelly Belly then there are plenty of good flavor, but if you are not paying attention you might grab buttered popcorn and die.

 
Had this conversation with my 9-year old girl the other day.  For me, toss-up between yellow and orange.  Dead heat.

At a family reunion two years ago, I discovered I'm the only person out of my family of 50+ people who likes licorice.  Each table had a bowl of jelly beans on it, and at the end of the night I had a mountain of black jelly belly's to take home or else they'd go in the trash.  Good taste to have...

My nephew brought over a bag one day, forget what they're called, but each color has two flavors, one common and one gotcha.  Green could be sour apple, or grass.  He claimed he could smell the difference in them, I lost most of my smell a few years back in an accident so I couldn't call him out on it.  I ate a lot of weird flavors that day

The flavor of black jelly beans is licorice. If you wanted licorice, eat licorice. Get that annoying flavor out of the jelly beans. The only worse flavor is the popcorn in Jelly Belly's.
