With Mathews having risks associated with fumbling and health I wouldn't be surprised at all if Battle stole some goal line work at some point. I still just don't see Mathews as one of the handful of NFL backs that gets every carry in the offense. If(when?) Mathews gets dinged up again people should have Battle on their waiver wire watch list.
