I thought it might be fun to see the thoughts and picks of the board after the season was over. I realize that there are still the bowl games, all star games, combine, workouts and some players haven't declared yet, etc.; but this should go quick so we can always do another one in a month or so. I'll post a new team once to twice a day depending on how close it is; with the player previously selected being off the board. If it is close, we'll have a run-off. Any thoughts you'd like to add as we do this would be great.

1.1 - Oakland Raiders - Brady Quinn QB, Notre Dame

1.2 - Detroit Lions -

1.3 - Cleveland Browns -

Not 100% sure Quinn will go to the Raiders. A likely pick, sure, but they have even more holes than Detroit does, so there's no telling what they do.

If he doesn't, I suppose Detroit will take him. I'm not entirely sold on him, and hope they'd pass over him. But hey, we're notorious for blowing high draft picks, so what's one more?

If he DOES go #1, then I'd hope Detroit either trades the #2 and picks up some good picks, or goes with Thomas. I REALLY like Calvin Johnson, but come on... do we REALLY need to burn yet another high first round pick on a WR? Oh wait, Millen is still there, so YES, he will be the #2 pick overall... :loco:

I'm not so certain, Oakland takes Quinn at #1. Knowing Al Davis, Calvin Johnson is a good possibility.
I can only go off of what the board votes. I could see either Quinn or Johnson going to the Raiders myself; but a lot of people voted for Thomas. It's all opinion and subjective at this point.
