From the main (opening) screen:
Tap on "Articles" at the very top of the white part of the screen.
Tap on "Articles" a second time at the same part of the screen.
You should see a list of articles there.
These articles tend to run behind the website in terms of availability for viewing. I don't know if it's a day or so but it's something like that. Typically, I don't use my phone to view them.
