It's still hard to justify starting him. He isn't even considered a rbbc yet.

Yeah fantasy wise he is still very unstable but what he brings to this offense in reality is exactly what Dallas thought he would. Big play ability and he seems even better then advertised. FELIX is the real deal!!! Where are all them draft day nay sayers Mendenhall this and that. LOL

He's definitely electric, no question.

I just want to see him get more involved in the passing game.

This is where I think he can really make a difference.

If they can get him going in that way, we may have not seen "anything" yet.

I do think Dallas is doing the right thing in grooming him slowly though.

I'm just curious as to what we'll see by the time December gets here.

As a Dallas fan, I love what Felix brings to the table. Not so much in a RBBC with Barber, but as a utility player (backup RB/COP back/kick returner). Dallas has been hesitant to use Felix in a RBBC & many people are wondering why. I believe it's a combination of not wanting to leave Barber's all-around game on the bench for any length of time as well as not quite trusting Felix with assignments, blocking, etc, at this stage of his career. Dallas may very well feel Felix is best suited for the utility role I mentioned earlier.

I wasn't as high on Felix's fantasy prospects with the Cowboys as many FFers were. I was leery of how much/long he would be hindered by Barber. I was also concerned if Felix had the vision to succeed as a feature back (much the same way I had concerns about Reggie Bush's vision when he came out). Felix is a helluva football player, just not sure if his talents will translate into big-time FF value. It'll be interesting to see how Dallas uses Felix going forward, & whether they start giving him more & more touches.

who was wrong? he's getting just about what was expected at this point. as a Cowboys fan i'm glad to have him a part of the team.you are SOOOO chomping at the bit say "i told ya so" it's kind of annoying.
