FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (4 Viewers)

Another week, and another 4 team 13 pt teaser victory. Falcons, Ravens, both overs. :coffee:
Pretty awesome that your local lets you include same game sides and totals in a 13 pt teaser...not many shops allow that
Yeah the site is wide open, they have everything "turned on." That's good and bad, because if I just get the itch to play something/anything, there's alot of options. Lines are up as soon as there's a market for something and a line's out there on it. Lines are soft too, I've noticed the off shores are much, much sharper on key numbers/catching movements and for teaser purposes. My book doesn't shade lines to beat teasers, I freaking love that. 5Dimes is who I used to use, and it's like they just know to force a $*%( line into the teaser "calculator" to keep you from playing it. I hated that there. I don't like that they restrict some parlays, but the site is so good otherwise I'm there as long as my guy is in the biz.

Emery sucks. Totally should have tailed the over here. Hawks dominating the offensive zone. This one's going over 7.

OK, so is the FFAWT 2012-2013 season SB side Ravens +4.5, respective of the price you pay at your book to get that? I'm thinking this line is going to move fast away from the Ravens.

Few NBA plays because I'm really trigger happy today:Magic +3 1/2 (-115)Nuggets +1Den/OKC under 209 (-115)bet enough to win 1/2 basketball unit on each
Freaking hate the NBA. Don't know why every time I say never again I always wander back in. Nuggets blow a lead in the 4th to go to OT. OKC with all the momentum. And of course the under is trashed. ####. Not to mention that JJ Reddick wouldn't even shoot a garbage 3 with 3+ seconds left to give me a chance at a backdoor in that ORL game. FML.

Are we going to get SB props Kurt???Pretty please
I think this year I need to play one or two and just stick with that. I won my teaser on the game last season, and spent so much money on a $10 prop here, $20 there just because they offered so many of the props that I wiped out most of my teaser winnings. It was like a push, freaking stupid.

some goalie updatees for tonight:Pens going with Vokoun.Stars going with AHL goalie Christoph Nilstorp vs Josh Harding for the Wild.Blackhawks going with Emery.Last year the Stars were 1-11-2 on the 2nd game of back to back games and the goal differential was 24-52 in those games.I'm going to put a .5 unit on the Wild straight up (-150) and a .5 unit on the puck line (+210).
Really thought the Wild were going to get an empty netter there at the end to win both of these.

I stopped watching the game after the Wild scored their 1st goal. Can't believe that was it for the night.Could really use a tying goal from the Oilers.BTW, Chardy on Directv 704 (Up 2 sets to 1)

I don't watch hockey :bag: , it's tied in our Oilers game. Going into OT the same as hoops for the wager? A continuation?
game is tied so Oilers have a shot to win in OT/shootout (assuming people didn't bet them in a regulation-only bet).Blackhawks/Yotes went over in the 2nd period. :moneybag:

Major Affair down to +5000 at SB. Did the run at Santa Anita not hurt him?
It didn't help. Those odds just reflect the run-up before that race. Would've liked to have seen more that day but there were still some positives. Lost to another highly regarded first-time starter and the time was fast. Made a nice move on the turn but didn't really sustain it late. The jock may have asked him a little early, hard to say, but his last 1/8th wasn't what it was in his debut. Regardless, it was another sprint and all that matters is how he'll do going longer. I'm sure they'll stretch him out next race which is do or die. Actually needs to win impressively to even consider the big step into stakes competition...there isn't time for anything less. It's worth noting that a horse he finished a half length behind in his first start, came back yesterday to destroy a field by 7 1/2 lengths, going away, and without really being asked. A few races later, some of the fastest sprinters in the west clocked in only 3 lengths better. Just goes to show how good of a field MA met in that first race. If what he really wants to do is route, then there's no shame in losing these first two races.

For those of you who are inclined to gamble, I'd suggest banging the o48½ while you can.

Two solid offenses, indoors on a fast track. Public loves overs in the SB, so this may get to 52 by kickoff.

Act now!

Couple of Big East plays I'm considering tomorrow:Cincinnati +9 at Syracuse. Cuse coming off of a big win at the Ville, letdown spot here. Boeheim has had fairly decent success against UC, but it may be worth a look depending on what the line does.Notre Dame -6 1/2 at home against Georgetown. G'Town has the Ville on deck and aren't really good enough to be looking ahead, but I think the Irish can cover and win by double digits here. May play both tomorrow.

Everyone here in Vegas took EDM tonight thanks to you guys  BALT ML saved day for me. Freaking Brady throws one more score and I win $850 more.Cleaned up in Om8 8/16.Awesome Vegas trip.

Doing some early prop homework:The Ravens defer on the kickoff ALMOST all of the time. The 49ers are a mixed bag. Probably about 50-50.I'd put a unit on the Niners to receive first, but no more than a normal unit.
