I've got a stack of workout journals. Six 100-page journals, with each day's workout on the front/back of each page going back to July 11, 2011, with six blank pages left. I averaged it out last summer and I was approaching an average of six entries per week from July 2011-13, but that also included last Spring when I was logging two workouts per day, morning and night. I messed up my average on a bender over Christmas break where I didn't make a single entry from 11/18 to 01/18 though.
