FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (4 Viewers)

Pretty sure Gambino has made Neil Patrick Harris (aka turd bird) cry a few times as well on here in the past.

Double bonus.

Good idea Sonny

Stoops really is perfect for Arizona. What a ####### dumb####, wannabe, looking the part delivering squat. Smart guy. I love it, he really is perfect for them.
Love how he opts for a 90-yard FG attempt with a scrub who can't make extra points.

Hate to pound on this, Sonny, but this Arizona team that we're watching get embarrassed absolutely destroyed Washington 44-14 with its second string QB starting. That was with a healthy Locker.

Holy #### that kicker is terrible. I am not sure why I am still watching this other than being drunk and having nothing better to do.........

Um, in case you didn't notice, I played OSU quite large (for me), I am fine. And I don't think you're pounding on anything until you cash your Nebraska ticket. My contention with you on this was with SOME of your reasoning is all. The "Nebraska brings a bunch of fans" thing. Won't matter. And you didn't believe Sarkisian could have his team ready. He's from USC, I think he'll know what to do to prepare. And that the Apple Cup is all Washington wanted. I think Sarkisian and his team should relish this matchup in more ways than one, they're still competitors, no? But hey, you might be right there, although I don't agree and it remains to be seen. I really think this is the biggest thing we ALL would like to know. Which also means I am more than open to hear/buy your side of it.I am not opposed to changing my side, I would just like to be more convinced. Hell, I bet them big last year and was at the game, part of the reason I thought UofA would suck again tonight.Regardless, good discussion which can't hurt either of us... :goodposting:

I knew you were on OSU. So was I (and u67), but not very big. Hope you killed it.My point is that it seems like people are trying to find a reason not to like Nebraska in this game, but I can't find anything that favors UW. I keep hearing the concern that Nebraska won't care or won't get up for it, and I don't understand why not. I think Nebraska has a lot less risk of coming out flat than UW does, on top of being a deeper and more talented team.

I could have used without a Blake Griffin 3ball to end the game with 10 seconds left to make me miss my under 39.5 pts/reb bet. Three 3s he's hit the entire year and god knows why he's even hoisting the ball. Some sickening beats today.

Huh? I don't know what you mean about people trying to find a reason to not like Nebraska... It seems I'm one of the few (here anyway), and the line certainly doesn't speak to that either. In fact, you can bet Nebraska gets money after tonight. You should play it now, obviously.Fish, you really don't understand why Nebraska might not be up for this? That's one of the places you lose me. The other is that you can't find anything that favors UW? Really??? There is plenty, on the motivation end anyway. You referenced some Wash players on the radio coming off like they were happy enough with beating crappy WSU, and that this is just gravy. I just can't buy that completely, not for the entire team and coach anyway. Does anyone have anymore on that? GM maybe? Was UW finished after that last one?Look, you seem to think it's a repeat of the first matchup, fine. I'm just not so sure that's the case. So many things have changed and I doubt it plays out the same is all. I think it was you who made good points about Pelini still getting them ready regardless. I would love to hear more about that...to be convinced Nebraska is gonna play like it's the BCS game they wanted. I'd change my play no problem. Until then, I think I'm on the Huskies...

Anybody else really, really love SMU -7?

Army is a bad football team. I don't see how they can keep up with the Mustangs.

so pissed. put in bet via SB's mobile app. Showed as going through. Check about 20 minutes later, no bet. Went over limit and it didn't notify me.
I had a day early in December, put in 6 CBB sides thru the mobile app...thought I got the confirmation....none of the bets went thru(6-0 of course). No idea why. I love the mobile app, I love that it's an app and not web based, I just wish there weren't so many steps to get bets thru.Bookmaker had a similar app and they discontinued support and went web based which sucks. Their mobile web site blows. I wish Greek and 5dimes would get mobile apps. Their websites are accessible on a phone but they're a pain in the ### on a blackberry.

That really sucks. I've only had issues with props and over-limit situations (btw, is it normal for them to constantly move prop limits around?)I put a lot of stuff in that way. Love it. But this is clearly the draw back. The mobile app doesn't even let you know what the limit is. Maybe I've learned my lesson and I will double check from now on.

:goodposting: :hot: I'm over it now. He is a monster, but nobody should be lined at 39.5 pts/reb. 5.5 over his average and he still broke it. I would line up at then window every game for the rest of the year and bet it if I could.

I always get bright red text that says the bet is over limit when i exceed limits.they move limits around on everything....added CBB games have a $220 limit which is completely ridiculous when they take 2200 on other CBB games. Some days the added games have $550 limits...I can't figure it out

Got SMU -7 early (bet I placed weeks ago) and took the bait on Nebraska -13.5 later. Looking for leans on the sandwich games....

I'm on UW +14 and KSU/SU u48 today

UW is strictly a double digit dog play because historically dogs have done so well in these games before 1/1. You have a team in Nebraska that had BCS hopes in a rematch with a crappy UW team. I just don't think Nebraska is excited at all about this game.

Gonna tail you here.

Wholeheartedly agree on Nebraska not being too fired up but I think a lot of people are thinking the same and that's why the line hasn't moved. Washington lost by 35 at home to these guys and isn't a lot better now, I just can't see me throwing money at them even though I'm not a fan of double digit favorites at a neutral site. But I'm going to the bar tonight, needed the action.

I think if you like UW, the price gets better later on.

I have a little Nebraska -13.5.....may buy out some if it goes higher. I know double digit dogs do well, but Nebraska will have a strong following, and Pelini does pretty well in bowls - plus, he may have an little extra incentive to do well, as he's been a bit in the hot seat there. I can definitely see some kind of back door cover though, maybe a 31-14 game late...and BOOM.

anyway, I like SMU early, don't love it.

I like Syracuse quite a bit.

I have a hard time getting a feel on the UNC/Tennessee game, so many distractions with UNC this year with suspensions, etc... UT isn't all that great, but the game may mean more to them? I dunno really.

HAving a pretty terrible bowl season, tbh :lmao:

This is always a point worth considering...pre-New Years underdogs of 7 or more points are 78-35-6 ATS over the last several years.National Average Game Total in NCAAF this Season is 52, Army-SMU projects to be on the low side of that.Missed getting in at 52 for Teasers, line has moved to 51.5, but playing it anyway, with UNC (pckm) +7, will play for more if the UNC starts getting points before Army-SMU kickoff. That's it for me today, unless tailing: Army-SMU U58.5 / UNC +7Good Luck!Edited to change NC State to UNC, whoops!

Thanks for the Maryland pick yesterday.

I've got small plays on army/smu under 52, NC pick, and Nebraska -13.5

Also fwiw, Pelini said he hopes Niles Paul, Nebraska's best wr and kick returner, plays "60 plays." I really don't see how that's possible since he hasn't practiced in a month due to a broken foot until this week, but I guess we'll see.

Sounds like he threw that out there for the other team to worry about, could be used more as a decoy on offense.

I'm on Nebraska for only two units as I do believe the motivation factor could play a role...if Nebraska comes to play I think it's an easy cover.

Got it at -13 this morning for 2 units.

This game is gonna go way over. What was the total? Like 52? I looked at it and then looked at how inconsistent SMU is but Army's defense is not very good.
