FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (7 Viewers)

What a disgusting last 5 minutes. Fouls galore when not necessary...no fouling when absolutely necessary. And not making any shots. Unbelievable.

Mizzou held Florida to 25 1H points in February: Florida's second-lowest 1H total this season, and their lowest 1H total at home (Fresno held them to 23 1H points on Dec 21 in the Orange Bowl Classic). Florida led by 2 points or less at the half in ten of their SEC games. In three games they led by exactly seven at the half, and in four games they led by double digits at the half. They probably won't offer +7 1H today, but from what I can tell the 1H can tend to be close, so taking the 1H points may be a good idea.

It may seem arbitrary, but the best way to translate what I see is that in the eight SEC games Florida lost ATS (FG) the average halftime score was 32-31. And in the eleven games they won SU by a margin of 11 or less, the average 1H score was 32-32.

I had a crazy day today.

First, I got an email from BV saying they had adjusted my limits. Without even checking, I sent them back an email asking if I could appeal the decision and asking what my new limits were.

Their response said something like we can't tell you what the limits are as they change depending on the sport or type of bet, etc. and they said the decision was final (although they left some wiggle room).

Next I logged into my account to see what the limits were and I saw 4 save prop lines posted that I loved. I didn't max them out but I made larger bets on them than I normally have been (something like 1.5 or 2u on each so nothing crazy).

Then I went back later and was starting to make some more smaller plays and I started to assume they just weren't going to change my limits for some reason. In the middle of that happening, I got a message that my account had been disabled. But I was still in the process of making some bets and nothing changed so I wasn't sure if submitting them would be a good idea or bad idea. But, I figured I might as well submit them so I did.

Soon after, my account was locked and disabled. I started doing some google searches and found some horror stories of people complaining about their accounts being shut down, their winnings being kept, and their initial deposit being refunded. So, I started to get a little worried that all the money in my account might be gone at this point.

I sent them an email to ask what I needed to do to re-open it and they responded with nothing more than saying "your account has been re-enabled".

Went back in and everything looked normal. All my earlier bets were still there and active. All my prop limits had been reduced to $25 and my limits on sides and totals appears to be $100.

Anyway, I won my first 3 big bets of the day so I'm up pretty big on the day. 4th one looks like a loser (Bet the under for saves by Quick and the Leafs fired 15 shots on net in the 1st).

Now I'm just hoping they don't come in and somehow retroactively void the bets and that I can get my money out without too much trouble.
You'll be fine. Despite everything you read on the internet there are very few situations where you won't get paid

1. sportsbook closes and takes everyones money

2. you skirt limits by max betting on numerous accounts

3. you repeatedly bet mistake lines

4. you bet on games that have already started

If you just beat them they'll pay and slowly make it harder and harder for you to want to keep betting there. Lower limits, phone only betting and then eventually they'll close your account.

some early leans

Will add Mich ML into some ML parlays

Mich Illin over 125

St. Bonnys +6

Mizz 1st half

Nebraska +4.5

Dayton +1

South Carolina +10.5

####### southwest cancelled their red eye from vegas to new orleans on sunday nights. Now we're gonna have to spend another night there. Dangerous
figure out where you are staying yet?
probably at the plaza downtown. This is basically what our trip consists of:

Friday - arrive, go downtown and start drinking, playing table games, drinking the whole night....depending on how everyone is feeling, we might take a cab to the strip for a change of pace

Saturday - wake up early, go to LVH to watch the college games. Sit in chairs all day and have Chona and Babs bring us drinks. Back to downtown for table games/drinking

Sunday - LVH for NFL games, leave to catch red eye

Downtown is no frills, but is cheap ($5 limits, which is great for craps), and is actually improving each time we go back. You can walk everywhere and the people watching is awesome

I thought you were going next week also.. Maybe it was someone else.

Think we will try DT next time for March madness too. I get good comps at MGM casino's though so pretty cheap too.

Could there be a worse bet than Michigan St -800 for Nat Champinship? They are going to be a 5 seed. While Michigan is 18-1/20-1? Ill take Michigan
Michigan going to be a #1 seed now. Still amazing could have gotten Michigan 20-1 just a few days ago. Not sure what they are at now.

Michigan 23-1 at 5dimes

lunardi still has them as a 2 http://espn.go.com/ncb/bracketology
Have to think if Mich or Wisky make it to finals they would be #1 seed. 1 and done for Nova yesterday didn't help.

Our Missouri Tigers are 11.5 point dogs to Florida. If we like them as a longshot to win the tourney, are they also a solid play with all those points?

Chain pointed out some good reasons for the 1st half play. We didn't get 7 like he had hoped, but 6.5 seems worthy to me. IN!!

Thanks to TF for the 1st half over Mich/illini. wish they were all that easy.

Clemson/Duke o126 (1.75u)
Alabama ST +7.5 (1.5u)
Dayton +1 (1u)
