Mile-High B2B:

This season the NBA scheduled 12 games for opposing teams to play in Denver in the second game of a B2B. The Griz have a B2B game in Denver tomorrow night. They play in Portland tonight. Teams this season playing in game one of a B2B with Denver on deck are 6-3 SU and 3-6 ATS so far. The Griz were in this same spot on Jan 2 when they beat the Suns 99-91 in Phoenix as five-point underdogs. So far teams have gone 2-7 SU and 5-4 ATS in Denver in the second game of those B2Bs. Denver was playing on one day of rest in each of those games, but tomorrow night they will have had two days off.

For tonight:

The Grizzlies O/U is 3-9 on the road their L12 against the Western conference, with the three overs coming at Denver, OKC, and Golden State, who all scored at least 100 points. In the nine games that went under the total, the Grizzlies held their opponents to 87 ±3. The O/U between these two teams is 2-7 since 2011 (1-4 in Portland). The Griz have won the L3 SU and ATS in Portland. Since 2011 the Grizzlies have held Portland to an average of 89.7 ±8.3 points per game (89.6 ±10.3 in Portland). They are 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS against Portland L5 overall. Portland hasn't beaten them since Jan 4 2013. And since 2011 Portland is 1-5 SU and 2-4 ATS at home after being away for five or more games (avg line -4.7).

Man,when will Pierre McGuire just go away. I don't know why he uins every game for me, but somehow he is able to.

and not a great call for Ignilia to go after Rinaldo

Also, this season the Blazers are 8-2 SU and ATS in (at-least) triple-revenge games. Both the losses were against the Grizzlies.

I'm on these :excited:
I really don't get that UCONN/MSU total. Sparty has been involved in a lot of high-scoring games. They aren't strictly a plodding team. If you want to run, they'll run with you. If you want to grind in the halfcourt, they're comfortable with that too. The Huskies are gonna get up and down for sure. Unless the shooting is just awful, this should be a strong play.
Why are the Huskies gonna get up and down? They were are pretty slow team all year. They're fairly efficient but they play a slow pace and I think they'll want to slow it down against Sparty. Not sure if they can, but they've got to TRY to make it a 1/2 court game.
I can't imagine the game plan is to get into a halfcourt slugfest with Sparty. Guess we'll find out shortly.

#7 U. Conn. vs #4 Michigan St. East Regional New York City I've lost my share of $ vs this Huskies team. IIRC, the Kemba Walker year, the same thing probably happened. Pretty simple really. I'm persistant/stubborn/stupid, and have enough available $ to believe my opinion about teams like this year's Huskies and Wildcats will prove true and pay out. In U. Conn.'s case, I can't deny they are a great defensive Team. It's also undeniable that their interior game stinks, and for them to win against equal or better competition, they have to be exceptional in one of the lowest percentage phases of the game: 3-point shooting. Teams like Louisville give them trouble, to the point where it's very unlikely they can win against such teams. Sparty is the closest thing the Louisville the Huskies will face in this Tourney, and as simply as 'what comes up, must come down' the formula they are using in this unlikely run is not sustainable, and as soon as the perimeter goes cold, they will fall, and fall badly. Not only is Michigan State's starting 5 and bench superior, they are equal to/as good as everything the Huskies are good at, but good at everything U. Conn. is bad at. Cinderella, the ride is over. You deserve credit for a good run.

Michigan State -5 1u, ML -265 2u

Random question..

Anyone here seen Billy Joel in concert? I want to go to his birthday show at MSG in May (Stern introducing him too). Figured that's THE venue to see him before it's too late. 500 bucks per ticket though. Gotta be worth it?

Saw him and Elton John a few years back...probably the best concert I've ever been to...certainly top 5

Saw him and Elton John play about 10 years back. Was a great show. He played by himself at Jazz Fest last year and everyone I know who went said it was great.

And because of that last 3, there's no way to buy out of the Huskies without risking MSU winning by 6 and losing both bets. Gotta hope something in live betting presents itself.

5d will #### with you with that new live system - you have to hunt for the non-ITD lines

Saw him in Tampa in January with a no-name Brit pop singer opening for him. Put on a really good show playing a lot of hits. Was disappointed he didn't play "Billy The Kid" but aside from that, We paid around a hundred for nosebleeds in the rafters. Seeing him at MSG >>>>> than seeing him here in FL. When you factor in NY cost of living and birthday show, 500 doesn't surprise me.

throwing it out there. Got a $500 free bet if anyone has a super duper prop. :excited:
if nothing sexy comes out before tomorrow, i'm throwing it on:

"Will a #1 team win the tournament"

NO -185

Will make it fun for the 3 weeks with a potential hedge opp
I always prefer to play the free bets on dogs to maximize value so why not play the YES side of this instead? Most future hedging opportunities would likely be at + odds too. Just a thought.
:bag: great point
max was $366...can't use it for this one  looking for other good options where a hedge might be available
Went with Aggregate seeds int eh final four u12.5 for $500 free bet (-140)
Really need Florida to win tonight
Need a Michigan win for this to cash. Will probably look for some sort of a hedge during live betting

Now that UCONN is back in it, do I hit MSU live and get out of the original bet, or ride with UCONN +5.5?
Only reason Conn isn't up 8-10 is a few wide open looks. There is nothing at this point that makes me think Conn can't hang for the rest d the game unless Napiers nose is broken.

depends on how much more Appling plays. Trying to single handily give the game away. What a #### nut he is
Appling 4 fouls should sit for a while. Maybe he can get his 5th on the bench
Oh he had something much better in store

Wow, really like UCONN at that number.

Tonight was as great as yesterday was terrible. Gonna treat myself to some online blackjack. :banned:
See, I can be an equal opportunity bump. Hit the ML for some at +220 (moreso to hedge some of my MSU future). Don't fade Conn at MSG imo.

Surprised Conn MSU total is higher than Kentucky Michigan.

Kentucky Michigan over seems too easy and even more so with the side at pick em.
Have KY Mich o137.5. should have took it at 136, still don't get why it was higher than KY Mich

Zero opinion on the side. Cheers to a good game and lots of points.

Can't ask for much more than that. Really felt the side was a coin flip - sometimes no play is the right play. Heartbreaker for the UM backers.
