FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (9 Viewers)

Anyone looked at CFB futures at all. With the playoff this year, it could open the door for an undefeated team from a lower conference to have a legit shot.
I kinda thought opposite

Northern Illinois has to beat ohio state and Alabama now?

Before they could just hope to sneak in and hope to pull a huge upset

Was this capped drunk from your Conn win or hung over this morning?
I think the hangover had worn off. You don't like?
I'm tailing FrostyProps - figured you had a wonderful night.
Sat outside last night after the game (and this is Minnesota so it's one of the first nights I could do that in a while) with a cigar and a glass of bourbon. It was indeed a pretty wonderful night.

And guess what Lumpy? I hedged a little on my UCONN future. Don't hate me.

In one tournament, a seven and eight seed meet. The seven seed wins by six points.

In another tournament, two undefeated teams meet. One is currently winning by 21.

Why even watch the latter?

I don't know a ton about golf but Cabrera can beat these stiffs right?

El Pato shoulder's been bothering him lately, but he sure seems to play well here with his 1st in 2009 and 2nd last year, However all those guys are young Americans who have been playing very well this year and I think all but Fowler have won this year already.

Nice breakdown on some of the guys here

I guess I was looking at it from the perspective that they at least have a legit chance of getting in the mix. Then you could hedge away

Does 7 points feel like too much with the nets at the heat tonight to anyone else?
I'm on the Nets
That was a really strange line. Biggest NBA bet in a while. Can't wait to see the series price for Miami-Brooklyn - Nets now 4-0 against the Heat this year.
Yeah I felt dirty betting it but I had 3 units on this too. As far as the postseason...gonna be hard to convince me that the nets will run with Miami, the piranha defense that Miami plays when it matters will bother the nets. Im hoping the regular season drops the series price if they play. But I'm a heat goober....so there's that.

Read an interesting post about daily baseball fantasy leagues and "stacking", where you take four players who hit consecutively (or close to it) for bigger tournaments, the idea being that if they go off, you're scoring 2x, 3x points, and if you don't, well, you fizz out. Dunno why I never thought of this?

Hence:

P: Chavez

C: Rosario

1B: Morneau

2B: Zobrist

3B: Longoria

SS: Tulowitzki

OF: Myers

OF: Jennings

OF: Cuddyer

Genius!

Noon: Fathers/Tribe over 8.

I will now dazzle you with my analysis on this. Neither pitcher seems very good.
Which game?
Padres/Indians = Fathers/Tribe
I think he means which game of the DH.
Only the first one is totaled at 8. And I clearly wrote "Noon".

Any insight on these ham 'n egger pitchers?
My numbers don't support an over or an under

My wife and I were just sitting here laughing at the size of joba chamberlain....until I checked his rotoworld page and realized I got him by 2" and 40lbs. Sadness ensued.

can't verify this, but was told that betting UConn ML each game and rolling it over would have paid 210-1.

UConn's money lines: -240 vs. St. Joe's +165 vs. Villianova -105 vs. Iowa St. +220 vs. Michigan St. +300 vs. Florida+125 vs. Kentucky
Somehow Kentucky who was an 8 seed and faced a really hard path to the final was only about 52-1 using ml parlay method

Let's do this:

PARIS ST. GERMAIN TO WIN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE +2000 (Sportsbook.ag)E
Solid start today, all but through to the quarters. Knock wood for the next draw.

Adding Liverpool +800 to win the EPL. Everyone back healthy, only 4 points back, and no FA Cup or Champions League games to worry about.
PSG goes down in a hearbreaker. :(
Didn't watch. Was kinda surprised they couldn't get one in goal.

I don't hate you...but you obviously hate money :D

Used past stats, rotoworld and site projections here to try to figure these out. Did ok last yr on the handful I made plus hit that Scherzer CY. But here goes still have 20 some pitchers to look at. FYFYIFYIYFIYFIYF The units are consistent, but they are not the same unit size I play NFL props

1.5

Pedroria over 163.5 hits -115

1.25

Chris Davis over 36 HR's -115

Paul Goldschmidt over 29.5 HR's -120

Hanley Ramirez over 21.5 HR's -115

1

Adam Jones over 164.5 hits -115

Bryce Harper under 157.5 hits -115

Buster Posey under 162.5 hits -115

Ian Kinsler over 147.5 hits -1115

Edwin Encarnacion over 30.5 HR's -115

Prince Fielder under 31.5 HR's +120

Matt Moore under 13.5 wins -105

Julio Teheran over 11.5 wins -125
Couldn't find a margin of greater than 1 for any of the remaining pitchers so this is it.
Looks like Matt Moore could be done

Oak/Min Over 8.5

Min is averaging almost 6 runs on their own per game they give up just over 6 per game

Min has played 7 games all have been OVER, that means the streak ends today.
