FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (10 Viewers)

Serves TCU right for basically taking a knee while the game is still in the 3rd Q.

Maybe they can get back to running their offense in non-retarded fashion now.

I might need to reevaluate my life: :bag:

ooof, that was right in front of that ref.
They are gonna need to start reviewing this ####. They are happening all the time and they are wrong a LOT, and it's a huge penalty. It's gotten out of hand. Not a fan of more review (needs to be way faster in most cases too), but it's absolutely ridiculous they way it's changing the game.

You would think they could have a common sense overrule utilized somehow, then again, that would require some sort of common sense on someone's part. That's an awful lot to ask for these days.

Early leans for tomorrow - big on the favorites again

Clemson -3*

Stanford -8

Oregon -34.5*

Oklahoma State -13.5*

Wisconsin -7.5

*bought points

ETA: bought some points

So tired of crooked/incompetent refs. Go back and look at the "pass interference" on the 4th & seven miles. It's effing COMICAL!

No big deal... only cost me two large.

I have a 7 unit bet on the OU Money Line at the end of a parlay, and I just put 7 units down on K-State buying a point to +14.5.2 Units on Usc Over 60. I agree with RN here, this is going to be a high scoring game.2 units on Wis -7. This team is going to be pissed after last week. I think they Pound OSU this week as a "statement". At the very least, I think we will get a good effort from them.

Now seriously RN, put a chunk on Bart tomorrow night. +260 straight up or +850 KO. Then thank me.
Done. :boxing:
Coming in 2lbs over is very bad news. 3lbs over is unheard of at this level. Especially at 145 lb weight class.
How come being heavier is bad here?
Art of weight cutting in boxing and MMA is extremely scientific. UFC allows the fighters to weigh in up to one lb over as long as it's not a title fight. Most fighters at this level train at a weight 15-25 lbs more than what they weigh in at. They have entire teams walking them through the process and are able to control their bodies to the ounce come weigh in time. Showing up 4 lbs over (3 lbs over the limit) mean a few different things, none good. The fighter is injured and can't control his body the way he should be able to, or his frame his too large to compete in that class. In Griffin's case this is in 2nd cut down to 145 from his natural 155 lb class. In that fight he lost the first round against an inferior striker. Another reason could be just a lack of a good camp or any kind outside mental factor. The original line was based on the oddsmakers thinking that Bart P was going to have more trouble with the weight cut as he also has a huge frame and is dropping down I believe for the first time. Bart is the striker in this one and Griffin is the wrestler. Normally I always say take the wrestler in MMA, but in this case I think he is going to have a lot of trouble closing the distance and putting Bart to the mat. Closing the distance is going to involve him getting punched in the face.He looked gaunt. His body is likely exhausted trying to make that cut so he didn't lose everyone's respect and a chunk of his purse.

I have the full TV schedule for tomorrow except for one game.

ESPN2 at 3:30 EST. The guide continues to say "Teams TBA" ... anyone know which game will be there?

Anyone else like the over 62 in the Clemson/Ga Tech game? I have 2.5 units on TAMU, also rolling with Nebraska.
I started looking at the over in Clem/GATech....last 3 games for GT have gone under (4th was a push) whereas Clemson is 6-2 on the year on the over (hitting their last 2). GA Tech just runs too damn much, and 62 is a lot of points. Think Clemson wins this, so I'm going that way

Okay, I'm in on this Pazlaneiuski kid.

Still a very good night, but almost an amazing night, damn. Gonna head out!

Anybody got Bender's email? Pmail it to me, please. I may be headed down to Costa Rica soon, love that place. Curious what he's up to...

I like Stanford tomorrow, this is the kinda game SC will blow I think, right after looking so good. Hi Lane. :bye:

Btw, suck it Texas. Suck it Boston. Suck it Yankees. Suck it Philly. $$$$$$$$$$. :toilet: Suck it, baseball, for that matter. Ya gotta love STL winning this thing, barely making the playoffs, it's hilarious.

Ok thanks guys. Not a huge fan of NCAA totals but that one was interesting to me having watched a lot of Clemson, and knowing Ga Tech has scored more 50+ yard TDs than anyone in CFB.

Quite a few live dogs tomorrow, hoping to give the acct. balances some life again:George Roop +300 (the line is kind of crazy. Hioki is good, but the first fight in the US and the "UFC jitters" makes the line a little strange. Roop is a veteran who brings a good game, and has beaten these odds before)

Dennis Siver +240 (Cerrone has looked real good, but the odds are off here. light bet)

Eliot Marsahll +300 (really can not believe the line would be set at Vera -500, absurd)

Need to look more at the card, but these are all good bets. Will also be on Diaz, Nelson, and probably a few more.

7-point, 7-team teaser for the early games on Sunday. Will set you up with a nice stake for the afternoon games.

I'm prepared to make a killing tomorrow night. Kind of disappointed to see you on Diaz though. I'm going to try to arb with him by decision but I think he gets destroyed. All offense, no defense.

I think it will be a great fight. I'm not on Diaz large, but I do think he will be able to pepper BJ with his jabs, and can avoid getting takendown too much. Even if BJ chooses to wrestle a lot, i don't think he can do it for the majority of the fight. There is the possibility that BJ training with Hughes has also really helped his cardio, but for me i think Cesar Gracie is a bit underrated as far as gameplanning and cornerman go, and i think they will have a good plan for BJ.ETA: and i hope tomorrow we all make a killing as well. Just checked the MMA wagering thread and glad to see there is a common theme along quite a few of the fights. Will be a nice night for all of us hopefully

Loving home dog Florida today. Absolutely LOVING them.

Looking at some smaller school games, Arkansas State (-17) has a nice line at home vs North Texas. Three touchdowns is a likely margin there.

Playing Georgia Tech small...

Good Luck!
