Sure you can open an account...but make a prop bet and watch it get cut in a hurry. My "wifes" account lasted about 45 minutes.

I lasted 2 months, but was playing at just $15 per prop.

I have a couple good buddies who have SB accounts that they aren't using, or aren't using much. I may ask to "inhabit" their accounts, and fund them myself, if I get cut further. And then give them a cut for their trouble. I use a foreign IP that jumps around quite a bit (hi Joe!), so I don't think I can be tracked that way.
