FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (7 Viewers)

KIDDING, of course, although I did think that would be the way to go. Part of that reasoning was CU not quitting however, and if you look at their message board, the regulars think they're quitting. Buyer beware.

....and who wouldn't?
I haven't watched one play so I can't tell. Was just curious what they thought. Last week's game against SC would appear that they quit, but that was not the case, according to them. This week's different I guess...didn't expect that.

I saw every play. Hard to say with certainty when a team "quits"... fair to say that they were disgustingly out-talented, they knew it early, and they got down on themselves. Oregon hits you like a tornado. Hard to blame an opponent for getting discouraged.

Debating buying myself out of this K State -7 2 unit bet by taking T Tech +3 1/2 2nd half. Thoughts? Raiders look good.

Hit my 2H over in the Oregon game in the 3rd quarter. Time to get greedy and root for the Ducks to outpace Colorado by more than 14 from here on

Washington vs. Pittsburgh

Under 48 -120 (b: ½)

360/300

This is two points above what is currently being offered elsewhere. Forecasts are calling for rain throughout the weekend at Heinz Field where Temple and Pitt played today already in the rain. I think it will be extra sloppy.

Early on and i've been in the game enough to know better but so far i'm 8-1 with 2 more pending since I started following this here thread.

This keeps up i'm buying a Sizzler franchise.

Up 24-14, the frosh QB who started the game for New Mexico left with a concussion in the second half. Holbrook, who suffered a concussion last week against Air Force and was doubtful today, took over under center for the Lobos before leaving with a shoulder injury. Down to their third string QB, the Lobos managed 10 total yards in the 3rd quarter, compared to Fresno State's 220 and have been outscored 42-3.

New Mexico led 24-14 at the half. But at this point Fresno State might put enough points on the board to cover the over themselves! Looks like I went 1-1 for this game and will just give up the juice between the two plays. But I was hoping me and Ref could both cash ATS.

fumble recovery zona....good for the over

ETA: NM, looks like he was down

ETA2: NM, they gave it to Zona

leaning towards A&M/Auburn 1h o27...haven't pulled the trigger yet
If we can get one more TD in the USC game, I'll pull the trigger on this
If I ever go to gamblers anonymous, the first thing I'll say was:"I realized I had a problem, when i was giving my twin toddlers a bath around 6pm. I was following scorecenter on my phone and saw that Arizona was inside USC's 5 yardline. I had o34 2h and there were 23 pts scored at that point. Assuming I had that bet locked up, I quickly placed a bet for a game that started at 6:05."I'd like to put a happy ending to this story. Let's go overs! :bowtie:

I went to a GA meeting when I was 19. (Pops made me go after he had to bail me out of a jam).

First guy starts talking. Mild-mannered, 50-ish dude. Right out of the gate, he tells us about how over the last three years, he lost his wife, his kids, his house, his cars and $2 million. I couldn't compete with that so I left after ten minutes.

I just wanted to be able to tell my father the truth when he asked if I went.

I really never gamble a ton of money (My units are only $20, and I'm really budget conscious..so I never gamble more than what's in my "personal allottment" according to the arrangement that my wife and I have)But I just love gambling...I like having action on every game I watch

Braxton Miller just made a play that will be on his Heisman reel. D had busted the play and got a hand on the ball, he side stepped away, juked another defender, ran in the gap and dove over the goal line for a TD.

I think Heisman voters will end up penalizing him because this is basically a practice season for Ohio State, otherwise I'd put some money on him to win the award

I've got no lean at all in the notre dame game. Anyone?
Dame gets rolled.
I kinda like 1H o24, but I'm drunk and have no rationale behind this pick
I was thinking 1H u24. 2 good defenses and stuff
Hmm... I could see Oklahoma moving the ball against the Irish. My only Q is if ND will be able to put up the points to push it over. I'm really not sure. Might just follow you on the u so I have something to root for and I'm sure your thought process is more sound than mine right now
