Any idea how long it takes sportsbook to pay out exotics? They put the Obama bet up as no action but the rest are still open.

Also, any ideas on how theywill pay "best comercial"? It ended up being co #1's?

sportsbetting states tie results in no action...not sure on sportsbook

The Emmanuel Sanders injury hurt me, I had Randel-El under 1.5 receptions, first reception under, and yards under. He probably doesn't see the field much unless Sanders gets hurt. I still managed to make a few bucks, but could have been a big day.

Time to get some money out and wait for March Madness.

Anyone hit the ratings prop?

the primetime portion of the match-up on Fox at an estimated 48.6 rating/71 share in the overnights from approximately 7-10:15 p.m. Here is the half-hour breakdown:Super Bowl XLV (Fox)7:00 p.m.: 46.0/707:30 p.m.: 47.2/718:00 p.m.: 47.4.708:30 p.m.: 48.5/719:00 p.m.: 50.0/729:30 p.m.: 50.9/7210:00 p.m.: 52.3/74As a reminder, results for any live sporting event are always approximate.Comparably, Green Bay vs. Pittsburgh last night outdelivered Super Bowl XLIV: Indianapolis vs. New Orleans on the year-ago evening on CBS (47.9/71 in the overnights on February 7, 2010) by one percent. And it beat Super Bowl XLIII: Arizona vs. Pittsburgh on NBC on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009 (42.1/65) by 15 percent. As a benchmark, last year's Indianapolis/New Orleans match-up averaged 106.48 million viewers, so it is safe to predict Green Bay vs. Pittsburgh will hover around the 110 million total viewer mark.

I timed the National Anthem on my stopwatch.

It took exactly 1:54 from the word "Oh" until the word "brave"...
hmm, you sure about this bud? My under 114 seconds won, i certainly am not complaining if 5dimes stopwatch is a little slower then your's
She held "brave" for a loooooooooooooong time. The last sound out of her mouth came at 1:54 on the nose.
So how did these get graded?

My over 1:50 is still ungraded at SB.Any chance this goes no action since she missed part or all of a line of the song?

I was graded on all of my over national anthems as wins except SB has one still pending. Odd because they graded 3 others as wins but are still holding out on one of them.

I lost a decent amount on the game overall. I was probably too top-heavy on Pitt and it cost me. Then again, if the game stays on Gb by 3 I break even so it was close to swinging my way.

Props were not very good. Masthay despite punting 6 times lost all punting props, 1st rec overs were bad, ben threw 2 ints, etc. This year really sucked bad in terms of good bets out there. Last year there was so many good bets I didn't have enough money to bet any bridgejumpers and honestly didn't feel the need to go heavy on the Saints (the side I liked). This year I played no blocked punts and no safety for a good amount.

End of the day I didn't work hard enough the last 2 weeks to deserve to make money on the game. It shouldn't take me 10 days to realize I should bet Heath Miller overs. My preparation was terrible and it cost me - lesson learned for next year. I'm done gambling until August or so. GL guys.

Hit on Gatorade Orange on BetUS and under 1:57 anthem, both posted.

Waiting on Doritos best ad, it was a co-ad, so I'm sure it'll count as no action

We had a few novelty prop bets for last night's game and don't think any of them came through.

1) Who was shown first? Rodger's girlfriend or Big Ben's fiancee. Didn't see either that I can recall.

2) How many times would they show Jerry Jones? Didn't see him once during the game.

3) How many times would they mention Brett Favre during the game? Didn't hear his name once.

Of course with various interuptions throughout the game there is a chance we missed some so curious to know if you guys heard different.

Thx.

WTF is going on here?

Sportsbook.com spokesman Mike Pierce told CNBC that it had timed out Aguilera’s anthem at both 1:53 and 1:54 and was going to make a determination sometime on Monday.
Sportsbook posted me a loss on the under. Should at least be no action.

Lost quite a bit on the Favre name thing. I think I heard it once. I also think that they were given a list of things/people not to bring up. I mean, how is it that Rodgers puts up a MVP performance and they don't compare him once to Favre or what Favre has done by the end of the game? First time playing a prop like this, I think I may have learned something.I got o 2.5 -140, -185, and -210. I thought it was easy money.

Update: Sportsbook.com's Mike Pierce said the site is giving money to both sides of the bet. It's the first time in the site's history that they've ever done that on an over/under bet.

Hockey tonight:

Canucks/Sens over 5.5

Until the Sens can prove they can play a game without allowing four goals, I'm going to ride the over with them. Smarter people than me think Vancouver O3.5 is the better bet so I'd suggest grabbing that if you can find it. I think this one is 4-2 or 5-2 though so the Vancouver PL might be attractive for some also. gllllll

I don't know anything whatsoever about hockey, but I'm going to tail this anyway. :goodposting:

I have a boatload on the Vancouver ML at -250. We have the best team in the NHL, who plays even better at home against the worst team in the NHL, who plays even worse on the road. The only thing I fear is a big letdown and not a lot of hard skating from Vancouver after their come from behind win against Chicago. Also, for only having 10 losses, I think more than half of them are against teams with losing records. Just throwing up some information here as I locked my bet in this morning. Keep the hockey plays coming!

Yeah, I was posted a loss for under 1:54. I just got off live chat and they confirmed they are paying out both sides. They said they will fix my bet. And others I have to assume. Check your tickets closely if you made this bet.I don't know why they would pay out the over. If she didn't sing the whole song I would think they would grade it no action. I do see the controversy with the under if they tried to keep the time of 1:54. CNBC says they included the "oh" she did after "brave". That's not right, what if she said, "thank you America, go Green Bay!" after she was done? Would they have included that as part of the song?

I got paid for an over 1:50 and for the record I had it timed at 1:53.40.

Only two left ungraded are the best comercial and u/o ratings.

Hawks really needed to win that game too. Hats off to the canucks thus far, they look like the best team in the west. A good goaltender helps, and LuLu was playing out of his mind that game against chicago. Jealous hawk fan of team with a real goalie.

Wouldn't giving the goal and a half be a better value here? -250 seems pretty steep, no?

Run and pucklines only cause me pain, but yes I agree its a better value, especially at a + number. I'm just afraid they only turn it on when they need to and we get 2 teams just going through the motions. With these teams going through the motions still means plenty of goals though.

Jones was for sure on twice. And I didn't really watch all that close.

I like Jacksonville St a lot too. In their first meeting, Tenn. St shot 16 more free throws and only won by 5 at home. Smart money seems to be on Jax St. too.2u Jacksonville St +11u Detroit +2.5so far for me

Statistically pucklines are bad bets but there is a time and place for them (I like them in parlays). Ottawa is playing so bad right now that it seems like this would be a great place for a puckline bet, but in the salary cap NHL a long losing streak is gonna stop at some point. Don't think it will be tonight but any team is capable of keeping the game close on any given night.

Local talk show guys here seem to think the Grizz may beat the Lakers tonight. ML or +3.5... tough call..

EDIT went half unit on +3.5

'Everybody Bets: 98 % of the action is on Lakers to win straight up." wow...

It's past 7 so you can only get in on a few of these, but my hockey pal likes these for 2 stars.

Kessel O 4.5 P+S -115

S Weber O 3 Shts -115 (This one was more like 2.5 stars)

Tor O 30.5 Shts -115

Chi U 31.5 Shts -115

Looks like a chop, 46, right on the number:

According to the website Nielsen Wire, an estimated 111 million viewers watched the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers battle it out in Super Bowl XLV. The amount of viewers for the 2010 edition between the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts was over 110 million.

According to preliminary results from The Nielsen Company, last night’s broadcast of Super Bowl XLV on FOX had an average audience of 111 million viewers, surpassing last year’s Super Bowl, and thereby breaking the record, yet again, for the most watched television program of all time. The game was viewed in 53.3 million households, with a preliminary 46.0 U.S. household rating.

LOL. Toronto has 6 non matching penalties with two minutes left in the first period. I think thats an NHL record.

Best part about it is they are still on pace for over 30.5 shots.
