no idea what Jaws said about it, but that throw was pretty high. looked like a great catch to me. sucked that he lost his balance afterwards.

I think it's going to take a lot of time to figure out if you're a winner or not in these. This is all "theory" but I think the best way to play these is heads up salary cap. Playing heads up should reduce the variance.

I was doing 3 team leagues to find a medium between enough prize money to make it worth it, and reducing variance.

Ehhh... I dunno. Sure you're getting 9. I get that. However Tampa has been pretty good at home, beating Atlanta and New Orleans. Houston is not exactly stellar on the road. Not saying it's a bad bet.. just a little leery. If it were in Houston it'd be another thing entirely but I don't trust HOU on the road in TB.

Edit to add: Might not make much difference as they are division rivals and play each other twice a year so they are plenty familiar with one another was my figuring, but wondering if anyone has a different thought.

was thinking more of the total. FWIW, home teams on a Thur. have a huge advantage not having the travel but A) Oakland to SD is not a long trip and B) SD is home and already a full TD fave. I think I need to pass and maybe look for something during live betting if I get the chance.

Because they lost at home to the broncos was a big reason I took Oakland. That had the look of a game they let get away. They also let Tebow remain relavent for a little bit longer.
