FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (5 Viewers)

atlbufbaltjaxoakdetdallassea8 teams, sweep one time
I know this has been covered before, but there's not easy way to round robin these on SB right?
Sadly, no.
ugh. don't think i have the patience to enter all of those
When there's a ton I'll usually just bet them by 4's and 5's Today I'm hungover and lazy so I just threw a single monster teaser out there and maybe will play more in the afternoon/evening games when I'm feeling better :P

Miami laying 3 was weird...

I like Arizona quite a bit today. 10 is a lot. They are playing pretty well and should be fired up for this. SF has been fortunate each time I've watched them, they are on one of those rolls. Their yardage differential numbers kind of show as much. Ball has to bounce the other way one day. I think this game gets played pretty tight, probly low-scoring, with these QBs...but it's not like that has to happen with all the points.

Also, SF and Harbaugh have to go into Baltimore in 4 days, to play his brother no less. I know he's not a guy to look ahead really, but if there was an instance, this is it. And certainly the players have to be thinking about that game. How 'bout Gore, is he gonna play all day? No way. I don't know, just lots to like I think...

Skelton scares me, yeah, but I'm getting 10 with the guy. I will be playing some moneyline as well, I can even see an upset. :banned:

I went 0 - 9 last week and so far my picks today are 0 -2 so clearly my system is consistent. I also have picked CHI -4 and NYG -6 today for those that could profit from my track record

Could really, really use SEA to stay in the rams game.
I really shouldn't have included the bills today. Somebody moved that line quietly on to 3 on a saturday which is a pretty giant move. 7/8 would still be a decent profit, hoping seattle and atl can hang on

I like BUF, KC and SD, but still in the consideration stage on the last two.Whats the Miami playing for their coach comment? If they lose he gets fired? That was a big win for them last week and you know I subscribe to the bounce theory. And Buf should be bouncing in the other direction. Its my BOTD
I said Miami was playing for their coach meaning stay away from the game... He said talk me out of Betting buffalo, so not sure how you were confused.

Sunday night player props, what do you guys think:

LeSean McCoy 95.5 rushing yards - O/U both @ -115

Brent Celek 42.5 receiving yards - O -120 U -110

Brandon Jaconbs 70.5 rushing yards - O -120 U -110

Hakeen Nicks TD Yes/No - Yes EVEN No -130

What do we like here? Leaning over on McCoy with VY in, over on Celek as VY's safety valve in trouble, over on Jacobs vs. Birds run D, Yes on Nicks.

Looking forward to seeing how this prop is graded

SEA QB's +12.5 passing yards over STL qb's

It's a winner if they include rice's 55 yard pass, loser if they don't

Arkansas +14

I was arguing with some guys in the bar, I thought the spread would be 10 or 11 and they thought I was crazy. They thought at most 8.

I like that number, Arkansas should be able to score enough to cover that if they don't make a lot of dumb mistakes. WVa and Oregon both moved the ball vs LSU, Arkansas should be able to as well. Based on the recent history of the series, the emotion Arkansas will have over their raking and their lost team member and the fact Arkansas is really a good team makes this a good play IMO. Starting at 1.5u, may add more if they get a hook.

Agreed... particularly with the added influence of Uekman's passing. In for 4u. That is a terrible line. I woulda guessed 10 or 11 as well.

nice job on the teasers lump. Out of curiousity, how are they hitting for the year?
No real sweeps yet but worst week was like a 5/7 all rest are plus. Last few weeks have been light though. With byes over it should be good.
The key is no sweeps, i think i made money the first 4 weeks and every weeks since then has been a small loser. A lot less teaser lines this year compared to last year. In addition to last year having a lot of teaser friendly lines they all covered. Of course last year the big month was december....hoping for another good december.Nice score this week with 7/8, 35-21 nets you 42 units

Drinks on me tonight if the winthrop/drexel total lands on exactly 119

ETA: 1 basket in the last 3 minutes....lands on 113, so close

CBB:

2u Bowling Green -4

2u Chaminade +13.5

1u Wright St +20.5

1u Brown +15

1u Colorado St -6

YTD 25-16 61% +7.3u

The game I like next week is the Browns @ Bengals (-7.5). The Bengals are coming off two tough division losses against the Steelers and Ravens and now face the lowly Browns at home. It will be a leg on all my teasers and I'm considering buying a point to get it to -6.5.

In with a 7 point teaser: Bengals -.5, Over 30.

I figured no better place to ask then here since people on this thread are not afraid to spend cash...

What is the most reliable best paid site to get year round NFL draft insider info rankings to help with fantasy football? anyone have experience with any sites besides FBG?

On the Patriots for the following:

2u Patriots victory margin 11 - 13: To win 16u

2u Patriots victory margin 14 - 17: To win 11u

1u Patriots victory margin 18 - 21: To win 8u

I have a feeling Patriots will win by a couple touchdowns, and this betting strategy ensures I turn a profit if that in fact becomes the outcome. Total investment of 5u to win either 8u, 11u, or 16u if the Patriots do not win in a blowout....or a close game (which I believe is out of the question).

I like the other two but how many games are decided by 11-13 points?
