Thought I would mention that if any of you need a book, I have run a local book for the last 14 years. Many friends from here at FBGs that I have gotten to know over the years through fantasy leagues, use the book I run. Our software downloads lines from Pinnacle and action is available on all sports. Anyway, if you want details on how the operation works then send me a PM. We offer a comp $50 football weekend for new players to try things out.
Just a friendly bump for a fellow FBG. Been playing with oukurt since this original post and everything is very professional, very happy with the service. I'd recommend him over any online book in a second. I managed to win the first month and money was sent right away with no trouble, so much easier than the hassle of the online books.
good post

Geting ready for a big day of eating, drinking and wagering tomorrow.

Got the end of a teaser with GB-.5

Over GB/DET 56 2 units

6.5 teaser Miami +14, Ravens +3.5 2 units

Starting with these and will build from here.

Some solid props and futures for tomorrow at Bodog:

1) How many rushing TD's will the 49ers allow in the 2011 regular season?

O/U 3

Over EV

Under -130

2) Will Tebow have greater than a 50% or better completion % in Week 12?

Yes +150

No -200

3) What will the Harbaugh Brothers do at the end of the TNF game?

Shake hands only +125

Hug only +350

Shake hands and hug -125

High Five only +2500

Will not make contact +500

4) Who will win 2011 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year?

Dalton 3/2

Newton 2/3

Murray 7/1

AJ Green 5/1

Torrey Smith 15/1

Julio Jones 15/1

5) Most rushing yards on Thanksgiving Day?

Murray 1/1

Rice 5/2

Gore 7/2

Kevin Smith 5/1

Bush 7/1

These are fun ones, what do we all think?

You guys might want to take a hard look at the under in the Bears/Raiders game. It won't be pretty out there.

And understand, I recommend under plays about twice a year.

If I'm the Harbaugh brothers I load up on this and tip off all my friends and family.

Already in. Heard Urlacher on a monday morning radio show saying how the defense needs to step it up big. Hanie will try to limit mistakes and take care of the ball. I'm thnking he gets lots of protection. Urlacher was also talking about how the bears need to get to ten wins as quick as possible (having tiebreaker advantages over most other teams). I'm on the bears small right now too. Might even be worth betting on a defensive team/special team touchdown when props come out.

CBB

2u UCSB -13.5
I haven't sweated two teams I knew nothing about on a Tuesday night like this since I bet West Indies +22/4 in Tuesday night Cricket, and the match went stumps with India getting two runs on pushed square leg to get it to 23/3. But West Indies responded with a midwicket to deep off and that was rewarded with a slip and a silly mid-on standing next to the non-striker.This one ended about the same, nice job.
Are you sure that wasn't quidditch?
:lmao:
I had to look that word up, nerds.

If anyone is into exotics, there's a good bet on the Best Picture Oscar at Sportsbook - Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close +1500.

It doesn't come out until Christmas in limited release but it checks all the boxes to make it "Crash Part Deux":

- Academy Award nominated director Stephen Daldry

- Academy Award winning writer Eric Roth - who has written such films as "Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and "Forrest Gump", and producers from the films "Doubt" and "The Social Network".

- Two time Academy Award winning actor Tom Hanks and newly Academy Award winning/most sought after actress in America Sandra Bullock.

- 10th year anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks

EDIT: In for 500 to win 7500.

:goodposting: I will second this. I gave oukurt's book a try and won 1050 last month. Cash arrived in a secure Fed Express letter package the week of settle up. No more deposits to bother with and no more slow payout times and a high all round hassle-factor when its time to collect. Lines from Pinny are always current and no ridiculous vigorish betting lines. Everything is -110. Well done Mr Kurt and thanks!!! I agree with Lump. Very deserving of a bump here. Great book for sure. Not a big fan of a push on teasers being a loss, that is my only small complaint. As for my turkey day plays I am on the Lions ML +256 and Ravens -3.5. :towelwave:  :banned:

This looks like free money to me.
I'd vote for dalton right now, carolina is losing, cincy is winning
Dalton is playing well but he has the advantage of a having a top 10 defense. Cam on the other hand took a team with one of the worst defenses in the league that was an absolute joke last year and made them competitive in almost every game (5 of their losses were 7 points or less).

I saw the preview for this and wanted to put a knife through my eye. Although "Crash" had the same effect on me, so who knows.

What's the thought for thanksgiving day games?

I'm thinking over in the packer game and take the pack.

Not sure what else.

Also want action on the Friday hockey game redwings and bruins. Who Iis the hockey expert in these parts?

How do you not take the over in the GB/DET game? If it's a trap, so be it. But these offenses are effin machines.

LSU -11.5 for 2u

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on this. LSU is 8-3 against the spread, with all losses coming where they were heavily favored(42, 29, 50)...those blowout games are very tough to gauage, especially with a team like LSU. I see this game very similar to the Oregon and WVU games where LSU will eventually run away. Oregon added 2 garbage time TDs to make the game appear closer than it was.

Arkansas has faced 1 good defense all year, Bama...who manhandled them. And Arkansas gives up a bunch of points...LSU should have no problem putting up points against ARK and should be able to contain their offense for the most part. Can totally see this game being 42-21ish.

Arkansas always plays LSU tough...but the last 2 years, they just came out flat; which I can't imagine them to do by any means this year. The 2007 game was pre-Chavis, so I can't see them taking a game off like that again.

LSU hasn't given me any reason to believe that they won't beat Arkansas by more than 2 TDs.

Anyone have thoughts on any of the CFB games on Friday? Besides LSU/ARK that is.
I got nothing else for Friday. Leaning towards Texas +8.5 tomorrow, although I might wait and play UT 2h as A&M usually folds up after halftime

Comic Sans MS is THE FONT THAT FINISHES
CS is a bit of an obnoxious font, but it's not the worst I've ever seen.
