I'll be 4-3 today, pretty mediocre. Don't get me wrong with this whole thing, I'm not a "system" bettor at all, I think it's next to impossible to be profitable (at least for guys like me) on basketball, baseball, hockey. I just thought I'd try this for s***s and giggles to keep me occupied after football was over. I watch a lot of college basketball but I've never really bet it before. With time (and a lot of time) you might be able to build up the credibilty to claim you bet some stuff that wasn't posted.There are some great bettors in this thread. There are also some guys who have their niches. If I were you I would continue to post your plays, but be open to critique and criticism. It's all about the attitude you bring with it. I want Gussy's system to work so I don't have to watch college basketball (like I do with bmj). Make it happen, guy.
Just for some perspective here...I started the FB season with 4u in my account. After tonight I should have 38u in there. I digress, but if I didn't ever be NFL I would probably have 55u in there.
All that being said, if somehow OSU sneaks in against LSU, I can't see the spread more than LSU -14. If it's that, I will be betting the mother ####### house on LSU. OSU hasn't seen anyone remotely close to their defensive talent. How many units I bet is the actual question.

First off, I'm not "new" around here. I've posted at various times through the last, I don't know, 10 years? Rarely. I couldn't remember my last user name so I created a new one. I've been "here" forever. I've watched all of Otis' escapades, enjoy Studs posts, etc. Secondly, go look at ALL of my posts in this thread. Not one time did I brag or say that the system works or encourage people to follow my picks. I said I started trying something and the first 2 days the results were really good. I decided to post the picks in here to see how it went. In fact, I believe in one of my first posts I actually DISCOURAGED people from playing them. I posted the screen shot from bodog a day or two ago because people were doubting the first 2 days, not that it mattered, I'm not in here to impress anyone. Finally, I've been around FAR too long to take anything personally from this board. I knew how people would react, I really don't care, just thought I'd throw it out there. Believe me, there's a reason so many people hang out at the e:cage. I'll keep posting, because I want to see how it does. If it does good, excellent. I'm 28-8-1 over the past four weeks in cfb (like 18-19 units) and up for "football" 24.25 units. Now I don't track NFL and CFB separately over the season, I just keep a running overall total. I could go back and look but I don't want to. I'd guess I am down around 15 units in the NFL. How can I really complain though? I cashed out some profits and bought a watch and some sweater vests (that's my thing) and I still have a nice padded account compared to where it was in August. What I should do is do exactly what I did last weekend: one teaser, that's it. But then I lose the first leg of a teaser and try to recover with a second and a side of Chiefs who always #### me. With college football I think I can have an advantage (especially with help from the folks in here and a few from another place), in the NFL I'm the "public," right down the middle. Dumb, no nothing and compulsive. Vegas loves the NFL betting Dr Detroit, I give them every reason to.

I honestly didn't come here looking for credibility, it's not important to me. I came here to share what I was doing on the off chance that it ended up working, that was all. It's an internet message board. I enjoy a lot of the posts, I rarely have a reason to post. I'm not nearly as charming behind a computer sceen as Otis or as funny as Studs. If I have something to contribute I'll post, which is rarely. I'm going to keep posting my picks, and everyone is welcome to do what they want with it. I actually enjoy the "hating". It amuses me.1.
