FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (2 Viewers)

Anyone have any thoughts on the # of Patriots with a rushing attempt?
I thought un 5 was a decent bet. Didn't bet it, but having 6 guys run the ball is a lot. It really comes down to whether a WR or Ridley gets a carry. You have the following who will get a carry:BGJEWoodheadBrady - did go 2 games without a carry thoughHernandezI have to think this pushes on the 5 a lot though.

I agree. And I am having a hard time finding the 6th. Ridley might still be in the dog house as well...

Funny I just typed this. One of my local books have Pats un 5.5 -150. Calling GR...

Anyone holding a under 2H ticket right now should be furious.
How can anyone betting on the Pro Bowl be "furious?" Serious question.
:goodposting:
The last NFC TD wasn't even anyting that looked like what should happen in a football game. I get your point that you get what you deserve in a game like this. But that was plain stupid.
I bet team Chara in the NHL All Star game and wanted them to lose because I felt like a degenerate betting on a meaningless game with 4X the scoring of an average NHL game. If you bet on the Pro Bowl you are sick, if you get mad you are even sicker.

Someone please remind us to play the 1H over next year. That's gotta be the biggest play in this dumb game.
Every year its the same thing for the NFL and NHL totals. Every year the total comes out. Every year you look at it and say the number is adjusted up way to high. Every year the number is never high enough.

Facts are facts bud. The total closed at 75. They had only hit that in two of the past 11 Pro Bowls. But I will concede that the game is now more of a sham than it ever was, so that has to be taken into account. The total has to be 82 next year.

The Magic are toast. Rumors of locker room strife, everyone turning against Howard. Back to back in Philly tomorrow night, you know that means...

10. 9, 8, 76ERS!!!!!!!

I'm sure 364 days from now we will sit here and the total will be 80ish with a 1H 40ish and we will say it's too high or high enough to just bet a little and the score will be 31-17 at half and 54-34 final.

One of the novelty props I played was clear/water to be dumped on head coach. In every Pats and the one Giants super bowl win the coach was dumped with water. At least that's what I gathered from the photos I looked at, maybe gatorade got dumped first?

I bet this at +300 at bovada when it first came out a few days ago, it's +200 now. Waiting to see if anyone else comes up with it.

Gronk's injury has me freaking out. It's impossible to cap this game without knowing his status. He basically IS the Patriots offense. New England is only saying he's "progressing" ... but ESPN had a foot doctor on today, and he was saying that with a high ankle sprain, it is not possible to be anywhere near fully healthy after only two weeks. He also said not to be fooled by the fact that he came back into the game after getting hurt, because it's easier to shake off the pain ten minutes after it happens as opposed to two weeks later.

Also, a general shot won't do much good. Either he has lateral movement for route running and he has the stability to block down on defensive ends, or he doesn't. An injection won't help any of that.

This injury impacts everything... spread, total, team total, props. You name it.

Was pimping the 6ers last night for tonight against the Magic, but the line seems high at 7.5, was hoping to see 4.5 - 5. Waiting to see the first half/quarter lines. Also liking Ok City -2.5 in LA against the Clippers who just played in Denver last night.

Just my opinion but you're putting way too much emphasis on the Gronk injury. I know it's hard to believe but his injury means almost nothing to the line on this game. There are very few NFL players that have any impact on the line of an NFL game. QB will definitely effect the line but that's about it. Maybe a good center(pittsburgh fans know what I'm talking about) or offensive lineman and that's it.

What do you think the line would be if Gronk was 100% healthy and playing? My guess is the line would be exactly the same.

I agree and he's not very fast anyway. Even if he can run straight lines and relatively cut he's going to be a weapon out there for the Pats. He's so big and strong you watch many of his catches he hardly has any separation from DB's.I bet him yes td -150. The only prop I have on him so far.

Novelty props are up at sportsbook.

National anthem 1:35

Madona wearing a bunch of stuff.

Who Barry likes.

Edit: All capped at $50.
