Do you guys think it was incompetence, or just very shady? It wasn't like they missed calls against Syracuse, it seemed everything went against UNC-Ash. For the life of me, i don't know why this can happen year after year, and nothing really happens from it

I don't know. There was a CLEAR goaltending earlier that you'd have to be blind from having your eyes put out with a hot poker to have missed...

...just glad I backed up the ML play with a straight bet on UNCA, so at worst I'm breaking even...

...but I was looking at a small fifty hitting for 662.50, and I'm all kinds of bitter about that not coming through...

I think it would be a bigger story if Syracuse lost. Their star center is already suspended so I don't think the NCAA is in their side. Very little chance Syracuse covers so not sure why it would be shady from any angle.

I don't think the cover was ever in question, and we all profited from that...but it's a matter of the better team winning the game, and without Fab Melo, Asheville, on the court, proved they could hang with, and beat, the 'cuse, without any help from the zebras. In fact, the zebras had to step in and help 'cuse just come out of this with a 'w'...

EDIT: There are 3 situations in the game where the zebras clearly and made blatant calls that worked for 'cuse and against UNCA that directly affected the outcome of the game...

...I'm still flummoxed that this penalty wasn't administered on the Orange before the selection committee cast their ballots, because based on how they played today, they aren't going anywhere near as far as a properly seeded #1 should go, and that makes everyone look bad.

I agree. The free throw violation seemed like a pretty awful one too. A few of the calls seemed more than just missed calls.

I've heard the talk about WVU playing close to home, about how all their rabid fans will be in attendance, and how 'Zaga is starting freshmen who won't be able to deal with it..

I've heard everyone talk about how WVU is such a tough team..

And I've seen WVU slowly go from favorites to dogs throughout the week..

I think WVU is being talked up way too much.

Pangos is not very good on the road. I don't know that WVU is that good but I wouldn't bet a team whose PG who plays poorly on the road (3 for 18) vs STM.

sounds good. I get in a similar boat when i can't get to the props until 20-30 minutes before the game starts. I was hoping you would have missed the Islanders prop but caught the Flyers for some reason, but i will take it ETA: unless the Flyers can miraculously hold the Isles to 2 shots for the last 8 minutes of the game

when they pulled the goalie with 1:50 left and the all of a sudden increased momentum for the Isles, sure the Flyers under shots and score were golden. Had me frozen in front of my computer for quite a bit there
