FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (6 Viewers)

Anyone have their spouse sign up for a SB account, and successfully keep it? Wondering if its worth the bother? Same address and computer, different last name and banking info. Do they track by name, address, IP, MAC address? all the above?
Lasted a few months, but I only played $15 per prop.

obama @ -475 to win penn now. is this a lock?
Wisconsin at -350 looks like better value to me.
Really? I didn't even know pa was that much of a battleground state. Haven't followed it too closely though.
not sure if it is, but there seems to be a lot more talk of it being in play lately than Wisconsin.Obama seems to have a pretty big lead in both. 538 puts Obama chances at 98% in PA and 96% in WI.

Another prop there I like is: Will FL have the smallest popular vote margin (Yes +290). Both 538 and the Princeton guys think Florida is the closest state.

Anyone else use 5dimes?

I think what they do to me (maybe it's not just me) is worse than getting cut.

I would say about 65-70% of the props I make on there they changed the lines on me right before I play me wager. I can hit the "prop" button find my play at certain odds and make my play within 10 seconds and they still do it.

DO the mess with anyone else?

Anyways found this play there that wasn't on SB that I liked

1.86 (sorry for odd amount but was too lazy to change bet after the changed it on me)

P.Thomas pass receptions over 3½ -155

ETA I would say 90-95% of my plays are on sportsbook, and they change on me maybe 5% of the time, but 5dimes does it constantly

it's horse####, all for people to tune in to the news and give better ratings. PA will vote democrat, i would wager my house on it. literally

For what it's worth it sure don't seem like it in Palm Beach County. About 6 weeks ago the Jewish vote turned on Obama in a huge way. They have signs up all over the place that simply say "Oy Vey Obama".PBC is the Whitest and Richest County in Florida so I guess a grain of salt is in order, but I don't think it will be close from what I see day to day.

Grabbing un26.5 for the 1st half. My guess is we will see McCoy run quite a bit, and the Eagles not want to get into a shoot-out with the Saints to start. I think the over should still be close (and hopefully at least go over the 46 in teasers) for the game, but I feel pretty good about this one (usually not a good sign)

huh, I always thought it was "Hoy Ve" Learn something new everyday

I am fading the Eagles tonight. And if you guys don't have a gym membership yet I recommend getting one. It practically pays for itself. In the locker room today I saw a naked man blow drying his ###hole.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS -3 +110

300/330

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS -140

280/200

They have one at my work. If they say it's less awkward because it's your coworkers, well, they are wrong.

Philadelphia is not generating pressure (31st in sacks), and the secondary isn't playing well, either. "(Nnamdi) Asomugha in three games this year has given up a perfect quarterback rating on plays in which he's been targeted," NFL Films' Greg Cosell revealed on Adam Caplan's Week 9 preview podcast. "So every time he's been targeted, the ball's been caught. Asomugha, at this moment in time, is a below-average NFL corner. (Dominique) Rodgers-Cromartie is also an average player at this point." Cosell said he'd be "very surprised" if the Saints didn't drop 30-plus points on the Eagles. http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/41823/179/matchup-eagles--saints'>link

Letting my Eagles tease legs ride:

Eagles +10 1/2

under 44 1/2

I can't even imagine how rich I'd be if I'd quit betting the freaking NBA. Come Friday when college hoops starts the NBA plays will mostly disappear. Do not tail these. Ugh.

Not sure who that was that just sacked Vick, but love the celebration he is doing with his back to the play, while the ball is loose and everyone is scrambling for it. Terrible.

How awesome to be a fly on the wall when this gets brought up in meetings this week. I love seeing stuff like that, a well coached team would never do something like that. Can you imagine if someone on the pats did that!!??

:goodposting: i was thinking the same thing. There aren't too many coaches left like that, but seeing a guy like Bill Cowher having a 2-win team and seeing that would be great.and oh boy Eagles, not what i wanted there. funny how goofball Gruden comes out and says how Vick can't turn the ball over like that. Plenty of the Eagles problems can fall on Vick, but not that one

i still believe that these "regular" refs are not that much better than the replacement refs that were around. There have been a few bad calls today. just seems that "regular" refs had the media and a lot of others on their side. I just wish they would keep it up with these refs and rip into them a bit more

For those betting on the election, I've seen FLA move into "toss up" category in the past couple days.

Obama to win FLA is currently +200 on SB

Probably still a risk, but could have some good upside

24 1/2 2nd half over is somewhat tempting, but I kind of have a feeling N.O. just keeps on scoring and may take the foot off the pedal in the 4th. That being said, Eagles -1 1/2? Has anybody watched this first half? Not sure I feel real strong about either.................my lean would be over and the Saints.......
