these ultimate fighter cards are always tricky to bet. Ricci has been doing this for years and fights out of a nice camp, he should really be doing better in this one. If there is one thing that i lose money on in MMA, it is betting against these lay and pray fools like Colton or Mother F'n Mike Pierce last night

Gotta say, you are a little bit snippy here. Ricci has been training for a long time, and has fought well on the Canadian MMA leagues for sometime. Most would have thought training with Rory MacDonald and GSP, under Faras, would have a guy ready for a wrestler who didn't offer a ton else.

He is. And I guess I am feeling the heat that GR has always felt. I a 4-2-1 right now, with Nelson left. The juice on Ricci hurt, but so be it. Like I said, a guy who has trained FT for years with GSP and Rory under Faras, and has been impressive for awhile, shouldn't lose to a PT fighter who is bringing one skill with him. But what can you do, it happens

I think he was on the Colts. I don't think he actually played, but he made the team i think for a year or 2 or the Giants and Vikings. Maybe Schaub was the one who played for the Colts, a few of guys came in from the NFL at the same time, Marcus Jones included

They just said he played with Brees at Purdue and then with the Giants and Vikes. I looked at Wiki and he had 4 tackles so I guess he actually played in games. I had never heard of him in the NFL.

Don't watch much of this. Kinda crazy that he is this good. Thing of all the weight is almost wasted in the form of fat on his gut. I guess it doesn't matter much but he seems pretty amazing.

the guy is a complete anomaly, but he has been doing this for a loooong time. it is funny how much Dana White hates the guy because he doesn't take this seriously. the guy doesn't train right, or even with a real camp. it is crazy

thanks, but i feel bad about the Ricci call. These TUF cards are always tricky to bet, most of these guys this is their first time on such a big stage, and you got guys with a shortened camp and just being home for a little bit after the show. Should have bet against Ricci on the principal that he is a d-bag.

Thanks. I had capped this game multiple times and there were numerous other reasons this outcome seemed likely. Certainly their records against quality opponents was one of them. That it took them to the 4th quarter to do it was a little perplexing. I almost emailed OuKurt to start up an account with him just to play this game harder than i already had. I have some other good bowl game leans we can take advantage of. I'll write up something in the next few days.
