Late 30's 6 ft low 300's and bald - You wouldn't think it being such a fat hass but I have been told on a few different occasions that I look like the rock.

I'm happily married, have a 4 year old daughter, and recently added a 5 month old dachshund to our family after the loss of my 9 year old basset hound.

The original jelly roster, I was flying up the corporate ladder at a bank when I decided I was miserable with all the stress. I was also sick and tired of the winters and high cost of living in the Boston area so in late 2011 Mrs Ref and I moved to West Palm Beach. I now work from home full time for the same bank albeit at a lower title.

I love to play an angle - cards, sports Left right center, he stock market.... you name it and the stakes are reasonable I'm in.

My goal in life right now is to lose a bunch of weight, maybe even with the help of a lap band, and to have my house completely paid off along with my daughters Fees/Tuition by March 15th of 2021.
You left out your brush with death on the highway, Joe!!!
I think everyone who writes up one of these is going to leave out "1 or 2" things. Yeah some drunk Latino chick, probably someone Chainsaw just kicked out of bed, hit me going 85+ on the side of a ford explorer and sent me up onto the side of the guard rail and slid a good 30 yards upside down two weeks before I moved. I had to check my panties that night.I was also a High School and D3 college ref (Umpire, go figure) for a few years before i had to give it up because of work.

It's obvious that BRONG refuses to participate in our Show & Tell. So I guess I'll have to out him.

BRONG drinks a lot, gambles a lot, loves many of Colorado's sports teams yet hates John Fox.

:lmao: You forgot to mention that he is a doctor (see last week's Seahawks/Skins thread and his RGIII diagnosis). I was going to "out" him earlier but couldn't find a great pic of Animal. Also figured he was probably still sleeping.

He and SSOG were having an entertaining debate about whether Fox is/isn't an overly conservative moron. SSOG has gone on to post about 25 more novellas on the topic (no exaggeration) in three different threads without anyone even replying in between. He knows he's swimming upstream.

I was a varsity athlete and am the only person I know who would rather go to Mozambique than the Virgin Islands.

Let me guess, SSOG is trying to defend the playcalling and saying Fox was not too conservative?I don't know how I didn't know that Bronger was a Broncos fan. All things considered, he and Dr. D were in much better spirits yesterday than I would have been if it was the Steelers.

Oh, and I'm going to call you Batista from now on. You know, same first name and all...

BRONG doctor shtick is one of the six best things about the internet. Also SSOG is so awesome, I wish everyone in the Shark Pool was more like him.

DING DINGI actually like the guy. He provides well thought out arguments most of the time as opposed to the drive-by insults most of the SP posters are known for. But one of his flaws is that he refuses to see the other side of any debate. Perhaps the most stubborn person I've ever seen.

I just paid an installment to League Pass today. And I think this will be fun to watch hit, so I’m playing it. I’m not sure about the side, but tonight Cleveland has their one chance to get a win on this current trip, and the Kings have a chance to bust out of a four game slide against a weak defense.Cleveland vs. Sacramento o206 -110110/100

Friggin Heat...I play 1H o51...they score 18 in the 1st 6 minutes and 11 points the next 11 minutes. So hard to watch them play right now. It's like they are the Lakers just with a better record.ETA-tailing.

I have the under 132 also :bye:
I booked the Under too.Buddy and I were discussing if there was any "value" in teasing it +8. What are your thoughts? u140.5We agree that we like teasing sides out of certain "ranges" we don't like, into ranges we do like. (i.e. Teasing out of 6ish, down to 1). But really what are 8 points when it comes to a total???
It's not +EV to tease a CBB total. I did it once when I was drunk, but other than that, wouldn't recommend it ever.

49ers up to -5 at SB
 I would not chase steam across 3 and 4 on a road team for a trip to the SB. SF is the better team, but so, at least I felt, was Seattle last week. Value definitely goes to ATL past +4
To me Atlanta at +3.5 was a no-brainer. SF will probably win, they might win by 14, but the bet is the home team getting more than the number of time zones the other team has to travel. :2cents:

SF is 2-0 in the Eastern time zone this year, beating NYJ 34-0 and NE 41-34

I am the biggest 49ers homer here and I still don't see how SF is the best bet of the year.-Atl has Mike Nolan who is very familiar with SF-They are travelling east-CK is only 2-2 on the road this year. He has 3 INTs in those 4 games (vs 1 at home) and fumbled 6 times (4 of those were at NE). -Atlanta OL is much better than GB. If Ryan has time in the pocket, their secondary is not that shut down. GB was 31st in OL according to FO and Atlanta is 8th.-GB was a dream matchup for SF. They couldn't stop the run (gave up almost 500 yds rushing to MINN the previous 2 weeks inc 7-68 to Joe Webb). They made Christian Ponder look good in week 17. SF isn't going to put up 45 on ATL.
Mike Nolan was the coach 4 years ago, seems irrelevantGametime is 3pm EST, travelling doesn't seem like a big deal and SF has an extra day off because of the Sat gameI don't think SF is going to put up 45 on ATL. There was a silly amount of scoring this past weekend, doubt we see that again this weekend.I'll take Harbaugh over Smith any day of the week. Smith has repeatedly showed he's a horrible in game manager.
http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcwest/category/_/name/san-francisco-49ersThose decisions were quite good ones in many cases. As a result, Nolan will be scheming to stop a 49ers offense featuring current or former Pro Bowl choices in left tackle Joe Staley, tight end Vernon Davis and running back Frank Gore, plus tight end Delanie Walker and, less probably, backup quarterback Alex Smith. Ten Nolan-era draft choices remain with the 49ers. Five have achieved Pro Bowl status: linebacker Patrick Willis and safety Dashon Goldson in addition to Staley, Davis and Gore. Cornerback Tarell Brown, coming off a strong game against Green Bay, and defensive end Ray McDonald are also Nolan-era draft choices in the 49ers' starting lineup. Smith isn't expected to play against the Falcons, but if he did, his falling out with Nolan over the coach's handling of a shoulder injury would instantly surface as a story line for revisiting. Nolan was also in charge when the 49ers used free agency or waivers to add defensive lineman Justin Smith and outside linebacker Ahmad Brooks. Both are starters. Smith is arguably the most important player on the 49ers' defense.---CK is still a young QB. Luck, RG3, CK, and Wilson are/were 25-7 at home. 13-16 on the road.
I still don't understand how that gives Nolan an edge.

A look ahead a letdown and a spot I love tonight. The look ahead is Creighton at home against N. Iowa laying 12 1/2. I made the line 15 and Creighton is killing Vegas right now but they do have a big game atWichita St. coming up next. I'll probably lay off this one. The way Creighton is playing, if it wasn't for the bad spot I'd be all over them. The letdown is Ole Miss. Coming off a big home win vs. a ranked Missouri squad they travel to Vanderbilt and lay 9. Vandy is terrible but they've played fairly decent at home. I'll probably take the home dog here.I love Indiana at home against Wisconsin. Wisconsin is STILL overrated and the only teams I'd ever look to play them against are teams that can't match up physically. That won't be a problem tonight. The line is 11, I thought it would be closer to 15 and I think Indiana wins by 20+.

Trends that Stuckey posted on twitter - interesting for certain:

Trend time from covers. Home chalk of 9 or more points is 2-8 ATS in Conference Championships.

Wild Card Teams are 5-0 ATS in Conference Championships facing a team who scored 35+ in previous round

Teams coming off scoring 38+ points playing a team who scored 34 or less are 1-12 ATS in Conference Championships. 49ers fit this fade

The over is 27-17 in Championship games. When the over is 46+, the over is 9-3.

The 49ers scored over 40 points twice this year. They scored a total of 16 points in the two games following (Kaepernick played in one)

RJS lost yesterday. Today he is on N.Illinois +12
