FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (10 Viewers)

Trends that Stuckey posted on twitter - interesting for certain:

Trend time from covers. Home chalk of 9 or more points is 2-8 ATS in Conference Championships.

Wild Card Teams are 5-0 ATS in Conference Championships facing a team who scored 35+ in previous round

Teams coming off scoring 38+ points playing a team who scored 34 or less are 1-12 ATS in Conference Championships. 49ers fit this fade

The over is 27-17 in Championship games. When the over is 46+, the over is 9-3.

The 49ers scored over 40 points twice this year. They scored a total of 16 points in the two games following (Kaepernick played in one)

RJS lost yesterday. Today he is on N.Illinois +12

can i have his twitter handle?

I love Indiana at home against Wisconsin. Wisconsin is STILL overrated and the only teams I'd ever look to play them against are teams that can't match up physically. That won't be a problem tonight. The line is 11, I thought it would be closer to 15 and I think Indiana wins by 20+.
:hifive:

N. Iowa +12 right?
N. Illinois doesn't play until tomorrow at Ohio.

Sorry for the confusion. @RickJSportPlays is on N. Illinois +12 per his twitter. I did not check to see when the game is. Edit: Now that I look maybe he does mean N. Iowa :shrug:Stuckey (@stuckey2) is where the trends were posted. He does not have any plays for today.ThanksAB

49ers up to -5 at SB
 I would not chase steam across 3 and 4 on a road team for a trip to the SB. SF is the better team, but so, at least I felt, was Seattle last week. Value definitely goes to ATL past +4
To me Atlanta at +3.5 was a no-brainer. SF will probably win, they might win by 14, but the bet is the home team getting more than the number of time zones the other team has to travel. :2cents:
SF is 2-0 in the Eastern time zone this year, beating NYJ 34-0 and NE 41-34
They were playing the Jets...and they played the Pats at 8 pm ET.

teasing both dogs up might be a decent play this week.
I did a 4 team 14 pointer yesterday. Got Ravens +23, ATL +17.5, ATL/SF O34.5, BAL/NE O37.5. But that's just me, I love the 4 team option, last week to use it.Any ways, entering Wong territory on a 6 pointer. Ravens at +9 passes through 10,13,14 and ATL passes through 7 and 10 to +15 and +10.5 respectively, which I could definitely see hitting.

First day of school and Jeffrey Tambor is my statistics professor. And this morning I booked a date for Thursday with the hockey fan nurse I met on the internet last week.BRADLEY -260CINCINNATI -320300/245

Creighton -11 1uIndiana -10.5 1uI know the NBA will be the death of me but...Houston -3.5 because they've lost their last 3 ATS after going 12-1 ATS. I think they win convincingly against a Paul-less clippers team coming off a huge win.Tailing chainsaws parlay too.

Yet one more reason we need more Nevada type laws when it comes to sports betting.
I know it's not in the phonebook, but if you know someone who has one or know one yourself, try and get a local. The offshores are literally intended money vacuums, and it pains me to read stories like GPJ's. I've been using one for a little while now, and sure they can skip town too. I'd still rather take my chances there than with these offshore scumbags who limit accounts that win, shade lines against teasers/take their time posting lines until they sharpen, charge fees in and out the door, and cry foul via voiding bets when they get beaten.ETA: Oh, and Go Chris Christie!

Yes, I have a local but he is very 20th century when it comes to variety of lines. Going from pinnacle (when they still took USA bets) to him was culture shock. Better than nothing I guess but we really need to make it where I can bet & cash like I do at the racetrack. Of course there you deal with awful takeout but I never had to wait more than a few minutes to cash out either.

The fact that the games already occurred makes that situation highly questionable. Good luck GPJ, I hope you get something resolved with them.

How is the next wave of tennis picks going Bender?
I looked and pored over the lines for 2 hours this morning and couldn't come up with anything but a long shot. I'll put it out there, but don't expect it to win...I like the odds w/ respect to the chance of an upset...Carlos Berlocq +1000 over Kei Nishikori ( <.25 units )

Missed the start but just threw 67.36 hucks units on this live betting +1400 down a set.

Indiana -10 1/2111-103-4 -1.5 units
AddedVanderbilt +8 1/2and 1/2 unit on the ML at +325I'd be surprised if Vandy wins outright, but at those odds I'll bite and see what happens. Is Ole Miss ready for the big time?

Good luck. It's a tight match as I thought it'd be. Damn Nishikori managed to eek out the tiebreaker though.

He's given up now. needed that first set. keep the picks coming.

Some interesting spots for tomorrow night that I'm considering:Maryland -2 at home against NC State. Wolfpack off of big win against Duke.Richmond +8 at Butler. Someone already mentioned this one. Gonzaga on deck, Rotnei not playing.BC +8 at home vs. Miami, Fla. Canes have Duke on deck.Drake +1 1/2 at home against Evansville. Aces off of big win against Wichita.TCU +11 at home against Kansas St. Wildcats have Oklahoma and Kansas immediately on deck.

Second half wagers:Indiana -6 1/2Vandy +6 1/2Little concerned about the Vandy play, they've made 12 3 pointers, but 3 point defense is supposed to be one of Ole Miss' strengths. Obviously not playing D tonight.

Bovada has a prop Will Sac Kings be in Sac next season?Yes +400No -600I thought everything was lined up for them to move to Seattle?

Apparently pro football reference has added historical betting lines for games going back years.
:excited: Thanks man, I love looking back and seeing what the line was for a huge game in the past before my time, or either reveling in the joy of victory/agony of defeat.

I can't even tell you how many free throws Vandy has missed in a row at this point. Totally blowing this game. UGH.

Holy #### what a finish at Vandy. Vandy makes a 3 with 3.2 left to go ahead, Ole Miss makes a 35' 3pt with time expiring. OVERTIME. UGH.

i really hate OTs. I can't even remember how many times there was an easy cover in regulation, but the team plays a little too well and gets it to OT, only to lose by the point spread in the OT.

Not only am I going to lose this moneyline bet, I'm going to lose my second half bet and my game side bet all in overtime. What a terrible beat. Jeebus.
