Playing Providence at +150. Providence played really well down the stretch, UC, not so much.

UC has the revenge angle, I think PC may have a little more motivation.

Incredibly biased, but I think Cincy is going to take care of business today. MSG is just too important to these guys and they really played like a different team there last year.

Fell asleep posting this late last night, didn't realize 'til now that it was still on my screen.

Congrats to those of you who won tonight.

It would be poor form for me to I.D. the bets I made tonight, considering I didn't post them earlier, so I'll leave it at this: I won my 7PM play, a big 'un, and rolled 1/2 of it over into a 9PM play that hit as well. I'm very grateful to any higher power that influences the outcome of gambling for having my back tonight. If things hadn't have worked out, I might as well have gone to sleep with the fishes...

I'm sucks to admit it, but you have to own your issues. I'd say 99% of the time, I'm a very financially disciplined bettor. Sure I may bet on more plays than I should, indeed many more during this time of year, but I'm solid with cold-playing the hand that's dealt, and not going nutso when a cold streak hits. Just keep grinding, grinding, grinding, and eventually what comes around, goes around...

I was having a decent week last week. Monday, Tuesday, down a little. Wednesday was very good and Thursday was good enough to go into the weekend with money to play with. By the end of Saturday, I was back to even. Then along came Black Sunday.

By the time Sunday came to a (merciful) end, I was down almost 20u. I #### you not. After Creighton hit, I didn't win for the rest of the day, and some of them were stomach-turning: Niagara +3 loses by 6, -2u...Delaware -1 loses by 1,-3u...Stony Brook, -4u, Elon, -1u...and to cap off the night, I was so pissed, I took a shot, and missed badly: I threw a dime at Arkansas State, trying to get it all back at once. Haven't f'd off like that for AT LEAST 5 years, maybe more, but yeah, that hurt. Made some back early Monday hitting that ML Parlay for roughly 3.5u, but that nickel on Iona really, REALLY stung. Well, Lady Luck smiled tonight. Got back just over 14u tonight, and saved my bacon.

Still in a hole, but now a manageable one I can grind my way out of...and I will.

So,I got lucky, and life goes on. Even the most disciplined can be susceptible to tilting and chasing. Don't be 'that guy'. The fallout (how I almost lost it after the Iona loss, and how I sweated last night until both games I played were well in hand), isn't pleasant. Wasn't the first time, and chances are, won't be the last, I'm sure, but hopefully it'll be a while before it happens again.

Good Luck today, fellas! :banned:

So Air Force's best player and the leading scorer in the MWC was ruled out just before gametime? That's nice.

Took Michigan +450 to win the Big Ten also.

Hope a couple of these hit (all at 5d):

Michigan to win Big10 +625

Missouri to win SEC +625

Oklahoma St to win Big12 +600

UC Irvine to win Big West +350

Bayern/Arsenal tied at 3-3 on aggregate with a few minutes to go, Bayern owns the tiebreaker.
guessing they won't be the favorite after this effort today.can anyone stop Barca?
They'll be listed as 3rd most likely team to win after Barca and RM. But a lot's going to ride on the quarterfinal draw (completely random) on Friday. There are no good scenarios, only less-bad scenarios. Barcelona made a tactical change against Milan that really worked wonders. They're not impossible to beat, but they're a worst-case scenario for anyone in terms of draw. Especially now that they have almost no pressure on them domestically.

Question: Why is #11 Miami, Ohio 9-21/3-13 (yes, last night they upset #6 Bowling Green), a -2 favorite over #7 Eastern Michigan 15-17/7-9?

Also, in the Patriot League, if anyone besides me actually watched the #3Lehigh - #2Lafayette game...I know #1Bucknell has Mike Muscala and all, but Lafayette beat the Bison during the regular season, and won 5 straight going into the tournament where they destroyed Holy Cross as expected and then manhandled Lehigh (who, granted, were without their star CJ McCollum)...Lafayette has their own stud in Seth Hinrichs, and doesn't +10.5 seem like a bit much?

Question 1: games are in Ohio? Should have the crowd on their side. Question 2: Lafayette blows on the road bucknell does notGood luck
