Morning! Great trip so far. Have I mentioned how my love for Western Kentucky is like Berzerker?

I'd like to express solidarity on Over Saturday, though. I'm also not on the VCU train with seemingly everyone else in the world. Give me Sparty, Michigan and the over, Butler, the Zags and the over, the Cal/Cuse over and the Zona/Harvard over.

Someone please tell me what the hell to do with SLU and CSU.

Near home game for Mich. big 10 looking very impressive thus far dominating the other teams besides Wisky(picked this upset in my brackets,must give NittanyLion some props there). That being said, i have VCU in most my brackets winning here. Stuckey being on other side has me a bit tenative, but i'm still small playing VCU.

Three freshmen and a sophomore have had one day to prepare for the press. Nobody knows how they will react to the pressure because the only team that pressed them this year was Arkansas. Also, Sparty plays Memphis after this so VCU may get some reinforcements from Michigan State fans!
 
People are talking about how VCU is a bad matchup for Michigan, but the fact is Michigan is equally as bad for VCU. I mean this is a 4 v 5, these teams are essentially even on paper. Burke and Hardaway win this.

 
If Trey Burke can break the press, Stauskas and Hardaway will get plenty open looks from 3. The SLU guards totally controlled the VCU press. But Michigan is so damn inconsistent.

Really thinking about the Cal ML +270 also. Not as much as them playing 40 miles from home as it is fading the Orange.

Fade Cuse at your own risk right now. They ate streaky, and are playing really well right now. Other than Louisville in the final 10 mins of the BEC they have been excellent for about two weeks now. I don't think Cal has the shooters to beat their zone. I'd be more worried against a team like Davidson TBH.

1u Butler +1.5

2u St Louis -4

1u Harvard +10

1u Gonzaga -6.5

1u Michigan -3.5

1u Louisville -10.5

1u Syracuse -7.5

1u parlay (to win 40) Michigan -3.5, Michigan St -6, Louisville -10.5, St Louis -3.5, Gonzaga -6.5, Syracuse -7.5

 
I was down on the FGCU campus this morning doing some work nearby. Crazy how winning 1 game will turn an otherwise docile community on it's head.

Also like STL -4, the Ducks were out of control on Thursday, they are going to need to tighten it up a lot to beat STL, I don't see it happening. The DUcks benefited by playing Okie State, who couldn't have played a worse game. The Ducks would have lost to a lot of teams with their style on Thursday.
 
I want La Salle too, but they looked tired as hell finishing that last game. I hope they are getting plenty of rest. May go 1H wager on them.

 
Should have left the 2h line alone with 2u on Michigan, still +1.5 for first game.

Not confident in Sparty pick, under seems like the right idea but I'll just watch.

They'll host and beat Maryland, too, early next week, I think.Rest of the day: I played Over Saturday as well, all for .5uJust put 1u on Michigan State -6I have 1u on St. Louis -4.5 as well, probably adding more. Thinking a lot about Butler ML (+105) and Gonzaga -6.5...I really think the Zags are going to wake up after Thursday's outing. I'm sure there's more.

Hate Sparty in football but I have met Izzo a few times and he's really top shelf, so I don't mind if they win (well especially when I bet on them). Going to wash and wax the new whip, will be listening on radio. :popcorn:
 
Ok, I'll be that guy. St. Louis is 6-6 SU when allowing 60. Artis is a difference maker, and the Ducks are tough on defense and beasts on the glass. The Billikens run ends today.
