FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (7 Viewers)

I'm at the Pentagon the next two days and the best part of working there (really the only good part) is a contest I have going with a friend. We basically approach random hot chicks in the corridors and try to get their numbers. My tactic is usually calling the girl "Winona" or "Kelly" like I knew them and before they can correct me, I order them to do something for the office of the Under Secretary of Defense. By the time we work it all out and have a good laugh about me being wrong, they want to know more about me and my charity work with underprivileged inner city kids.

I am not going to bet on him, but medlan has pitched well this year with no luck at all. He struggles early and then settles down. Maybe a bet on the Pirates first 5 seems decent or YES run in the first. I am going to go look at Medlan's game log right now so i can delete before DD ridicules me.

 
Innings 1-3 Medlen has a 5.06 ERA

Innings 4-6 Medlen has a 2.28 ERA

Pitch count 1-50 Medlen is allowing a .300 BA...51+ is barely .200

Anyone hear anything from the Mutual Payment Distribution System? Last week was my first losing week after 7 straight winning weeks and I am hoping to get that Distribution before I give it all back. Luckily there are no day games to look at as Monday am at work has been

I got a strange feeling that the Bruins are going to show up tonight. Don't go crazy, but if you got some other solid play take some of the play and throw it in with the Bruins at +190.

Some interesting consensus votes on the MLB lines over there today. Lots of people on CLE, PIT, and OAK as underdogs.

 
Getting everything squared away for the first day of class. Went thru the online syllabuses and bought all the books to hopefully have a leg up on everyone else. It’s time to get down to business school. Can’t wait to see what the ladies look like.

All of that BS aside... I "get" why the Bruins are +190 tonight. They are playing the penguins on the road after pulling an upset that nobody expected.My counter point is after they survived the first 15 minutes or so, the B's really did out play them the rest of the way. Vokoun may "be a professional" but he didn't exactly get a vote of confidence from his coach who basically came out and said yeah I'm thinking of replacing him. At +190 I think the Bruins are a bargain. Pitt should be favored I can easily see the Bruins winning tonight.

Actually he just cried a lot and then came up with how everyone is conspiring against him. He also won some -190 bets and bumped them while bumping an NL loser.

Pretty much the only teams I watch in spite of living in Philly.

A ton of my coworkers are huge Pittsburgh fans.

They are scary on offense, but will never get anywhere if old Vokoun comes back. I watched him live give up 6 goals to the Panthers just 2 months ago (or maybe he was pulled and didn't yield all of them - I was drunk).

Seems like the hardest series to predict. Sidney can't go another game without finding the net a few times.

The Pens also need to stop with poking the bear. Skate away. Was it Chara I watched Crosby give a shove to? Ask Max Pacioretty about ####### with the big man. Doesn't seem like their style outside of Cooke to be such tough guys. I thought they could blow the b's away if they played their game and shot fast and often

And there: I just summed up my ignorance about hockey in a few paragraphs. Flame away.

WHY hasn't he replaced Memphis Foundry yet?

I skipped lunch and I got two stuffed porkchops in the crock pot with carrots and potatoes on low since 11AM. I'm ready to go over there and eat one half raw. A cup of coffee might stop me from doing just that.

I was up all night with the red head. She slept over. She also watched the Bruins game with me Saturday night while we split a bottle of Sparkling wine. NTTAWWT.
