Other than once this morning I haven't posted in there in quite some time. I can't believe some of you gamblers in here aren't in there offering action on even odds that Tiger DOESN'T win a major this year.

My son plays a baseball game Sunday morning at Airhogs Park in Grand Prairie. The Airhogs are an independent minor league team. What the hell is an Airhog?

I won't tell you what to do with your money, especially in hockey, but it if I were thinking of hedging on the Hawks, it would be a big concern to me that Chicago didn't even show up last night. Looked like they were playing a game in Calgary in November. Boston was content just to bleed the clock and didn't look even a little bit worried about the Hawks possibly scoring a goal.
lots of people wrote the Hawks off when they were down 3-1 to Detroit also.
A win in game 4 tilts the home ice advantage back the other way. Have to expect a response from these guys after that embarassing effort. Getting Hossa back does seem hugely important.

Exactly, and I didn't. Only time I even mentioned the possibility of Detroit advancing was in game 6 after the 2nd period when the Wings were up 2-1. Blackhawks aren't the Pens, they aren't just going to lay down here. Giving this some thought but this is a substantial bet for me that will allow me more latitude in my CFB betting if it cashes.

I was actually going to post in there, and try to make sense of it for the haters and huggers, but in the end......i knew it would be futile.
Right, I'm not disputing game 6 if the Heat are handed the W. I meant what Ref said about them being handed the W in game 7 as well.

Feel like i've hedged out on some already, but really not related at all. Live betting last night after that 1st period was very good to me. The under 3.5 worked out well too between both periods Was hoping for an empty netter in the end for a sweep. The Hawks just aren't attacking the net enough imo. Get me some guys crossing in front, waiting for a rebound or deflection....SOMETHING. Cause what they doin now aint working. Give the B's defense and goalie alot of credit for that. They get the puck at the point with their defenseman and pass it around until they turn it over or take a shot from 50 ft away. ATTACK BOYS!!

Everybody in the FFA is a smart guy when it comes down to the things they spend time on and care about, generally speaking. If you are going to make it in here you have to learn early on that even if you know more then 99.999% of the population on a subject you will never win an argument or change anyone's mind. It's just an impossible task. Once you figure out this one simple truth it makes posting here a lot more enjoyable.

Rays/Red Sox resumed game 1 of the doubleheader after a three-hour rain delay. The team announced that the fans who waited it out could stay for the night game for free. Okay fine. But they also said the people who were just arriving for the night game could watch the end of the first game also. So what happens if someone comes in for the night game, and the seat they have a ticket for is still occupied by someone who paid for that same seat for game 1?

not a bad call bud, let's hope they can keep it up. I have to think if they win this game that ML for the next one might even be crazier. Coming back from 10 down to start the 4th Q would have you believe that they will have some confidence and momentum for game 7. Of course the key is they have to get there first, and i won't be able to rest easy until the clock is all 0's. Friggin Spurs won't roll over and die either.
And i can tell you why I hate the NBA a lot of times. Watching this game, i can't tell half the time if a play should be a foul or not. Seems completely arbitrary

It's funny, 15 minutes ago I am sitting here thinking would i rather Kurt be pissed at me come month's end because I come up short, or would i rather have my wife have my balls in a vice grip because i am spending money i shouldn't be spending. Very thankful the Heat didn't fold, now just hold on fella's..... And if you can win by 4 or less, that will even be better

These announcers are so dopey, Duncan literally was a pulled guard coming right down the lane and ran over Bosh. Now these silly guys act like that was nothing, even though Duncan had his hand in a perfect blocking position. I guess this is the pendulum effect of the flopping tendencies. basketball is just such a silly sport.

game would be a lot more fun if the Heat were up 3-2 right now. I would much rather be seating here enjoying the game and not sweating everything.
And of course, i played a lot of Spurs live betting to try and lessen as much damage as i can from the future bets i have. Would have hit them if the Heat would have won by 1 to end the game, will be bitter sweet if they all end up losing now, even if it means the Heat win

Ten years ago had I had $350 on the Heat I would be beside myself watching this. I counted my money lost after the third quarter and with 30 seconds left tonight, so I'm just enjoying it now.

yeah, that's the way to ride it. I have money on pre-season if the Heat or Lakers win the chamnpionship, I have some on in the begining of the playoffs for the Heat to win the championship, and i put money on them for the series here. I would love the Spurs to miss this show and be happy to lose by 3.

Just sweat out a max play on the ML based on the NBA conspiracy theory that game 7 is what the NBA wanted and hand-picked tonight's refs for that reason. The refs made all the right calls for it to happen, but that was way too close. And a hell of a way to only win 300 dollars.
