It made me feel better about not grabbing it knowing you had it when it cashed. I was so pissed and foolishly unloaded on the M's who had ZERO chance of winning if not for Raul Ibanez's three-run Funk Blast.

I used to hate Raul Ibanez. Honorable mention goes to Nick "All About The Benjamins" Franklin for his two-run single and subsequent double play in the 9th.

 
This is actually a decent place for this, I'm an avid Jeopardy! watcher. Tonight there's a hesher guy in the middle who looks like Shaggy from Scooby Doo. Guy is tearing through everyone through the first round and most of the second, until he gets the first DD. He's way up, like 12K to 4K and 2K...and bets 7K. Big murmur goes through the crowd, and the guy nails it. Basically locks up the game right then and there.

But...then he gets the next DD a short time later. He's got 20K, the other two have 6K and 3K, or thereabouts. "I can't believe I'm doing this, but I'll bet thirteen thousand." :shock: I forget the question, but he struggled with it for what seemed like an entire minute, and then whiffed. Another contestant (the other new one) makes a big comeback, and ends up with more than him after Double Jeopardy. She nails the last question, he misses it (although he smartly made a small bet, so he'd win if they both missed it, knowing she'd bet enough to cover him doubling) and she wins.

I hope they put these up online somewhere, it was pretty fascinating.

 
That's nuts man. Love Jeopardy and was on the high school "Challenge Team" sophomore through senior year. We were always the smallest school in each competition but would make it to state tournaments every year and got to be on television too. Had to Google what hesher meant, though. :bag:

Adjusted RL's in baseball?? Been dabbling in these a little bit and playing dogs -1.5 at +180 and up to +220. Playing 2 or 3 a day and needing just 1 winner for basically break even status. Playing it small and of course, you are only as good as your picks, but i see potential in this. Thoughts?

If you get Nat Geo they are showing "brain Games". Its basically a 1 hour show on how you can steal or pickpocket someone without them noticing.

HEB is the best grocery chain I have ever shopped at.

I wanted to play the Royals again today, glad I didn't. I can't believe they are going to be swept at home vs the ####### White Sox, embarrassing.

Happy Bday buddy. How can any man resist a cheese curd? Impossible i say.

I've cold cocked the last 2 games of Lord Stanleys finals. (Bruins/under game 3, Hawks/over game 4) Past results is no guarantee of future winnings. And as always, look to adjust after that first period and getting a feel for the game. That being said, Hawks 3 Bruins1.

Got lucky with the empty netter but the Hawks had so many opportunities before that. I'm feeling an overtime game perhaps in game 6. 1-1 maybe 2-2. Pretty sure i'm going Boston, but haven't felt it yet.

Ok, i can take the fact that Jeffy pitted before pit row was opened and was penalized and sent to the back.......BUT...........MFER Busch is running strong leading for many laps and doesn't go pit with everyone when the caution came out. He gained nothing by staying out, was already in 1st. He pits under green and goes to fast down pit road. I hate Nascar betting, that is all.

Ok, I like Nascar betting again. Both boys made huge comebacks from the back of the pack. All hit except Busch winning. Which he had a good chance of doing if not for that blunder.
