I was on the fence with these, but with Maclin tearing his ACL i just grabbed un7.5 -140Gentlemen's agreement to take O6.5 and U7 right here! If it's 6.5, I can sell that to myself with a potential mid-season re-tooling/some late season "magic" with different parts. 7 and I'm all over the under, don't see a way they win 8 games. If they do, I'd be happy to lose

I did as well and I just got back to even going off the reservation by taking Cruickshank. Not that I'm complaining, but how the hell can you have a split decision 30-27. 30-27, 27-30?

yeah, this card is literally all over the place, split decisions in most of the fights and you can't have faith in much. And can't believe we missed the under in the Guillard fight by 7 seconds (13 i think officially).

Crap - just saw the Albert fight was earlier and a loss. Oh well. At least I'm still in position to be even if one of the last two plays comes in.

yeah, and i added the Albert fight late too. i didn't see that one, but he is much better then Meza. hate losing fights by guys who fight above their talent levels. and i'll be pissed if Means loses to this lay n pray of Castillo. he is twice as active, but there is 0% faith in these judges and what they are seeing
ETA: Yeah, i give up. I have no idea how Castillo was awarded that decision, Means won almost every round. I literally have no idea how these guys are scoring these fights

that one has me truly baffled. I guarantee Means landed more strikes on the ground then Castillo did, and one of those takedowns was meaningless because Means swept him immediately to end up on top. Granted Means didn't have any huge moments of the fight, but a bad decision none the less. At least Means was +200 instead of -200
ETA: especially frustrating after considering the Kedzie fight earlier when it was very similar to this one but they did not count her takedowns in that one like they did here.

well, I don't even no what to think for the main card here. I don't think any of the favorites should be that high. I think If Ellenberger loses to McDonald it will be by decision, Moraga will lose by Decision to mighty mouse, and it's crazy to think Carmouche and Lawler are as high of favorites as they are.
think i'll grab Ellenberger and Moraga and hope to get lucky. Maybe Voelker too, Lawler is famous for winning one and losing the next

yup. ####ty part is that the fights were predictable, but the odds were set real well. it is too risky taking some of these guys/girls who were set as high as they were as favorites.
and Ellenberger, Jesus H. i thought Rory would win by conservative boring decision, but never thought it would be this bad

Yeah, at +400 i thought it was worth a shot. Moraga had the power, and i was hoping the focus on him at the MMA lab would elevate his game for this, but Rogan brought up a great point that it is hard to get somebody to mirror Johnson in your training. Sucks, because i knew looking at this card i didn't see much worth betting on, and was hoping i got lucky playing some of these dogs. Problem is taking too many of these dogs adds up to a hit to the balance.
well, at least Wednesday i know i'll have a good play

Side note, was buying a bottle of wine last night and i saw the front of the enquirer (or some other stupid magazine like that) and they showed a bloated sick looking OJ and the caption was he has 3 months to live. I know there will be many a tear shed.

Since rejoining the KC rotation Bruce Chen has allowed one run on four hits in 12 innings with 8K and 1BB against two of the top five offenses in the majors, the Cleveland Indians (fifth in runs) and Baltimore Orioles (third in runs). On Sunday, he'll have a much easier task against the Chicago White Sox, who have the second-fewest runs in the majors link. Tex/Cle O 8 - 120 - after 1-0 yesterday, I can see fireworks today. I don't trust either starter to not have a bad inning. I can see this one being 4-4 after 5 pretty easily
