The UFC card is going to be awesome to watch, i can't see any way the card will be boring with crappy fights. But unfortunately the lines are not as sweet. This is what i got for now:

James Vick +150

Cole Miller -105

Siler +175

Mike McDonald -200

Howard +345

Sonnen -110
Jesus 5-1 with 3 dogs is a heck of a call sir. Really just a job well done.
thanks. It has been too long since i had one of these nights with MMA. A pleasent surprise because i didn't feel too great with these picks, i was hoping for .500.
NOW you tell us
My confidence has been shot with the last few cards, I was expecting to get screwed on at least one decision, and some other fight to go the exact opposite as it should go
Exactly how i've been feeling with my golf matchups. F'n rolling gutter balls right now. Glad its FOOTBALL SEASON again. Colorado St. over Colorado opening week looks like a 2 unit play. While i expect the buffalo to improve this yr, CSU simply has a better squad. 3 in a row for CSU in the instate rivalry game.

Just my opinion, but I think the rook catcher for the Mets did a ####ty job last night. He was looking over and getting signs from the dugout. It was nuts I had never seen a catcher do that before. Maybe it was for defense. Idk. Stults has owned the Mets though and even the announcers said so. Harvey better pitch a CG.

Vegas trip is coming to a close. Some "randons shots" from the plane.

-left my Phil Steele CFB preview mag at the craps table I was at on Day 3

-did very well in craps all week

-lost 1 sick hand of poker, and one very sick hand of PLO

-played poker with The Iceman. Kind of a 2+2 legend in that they love to make fun of him.

-met Shane Moseley

-behind ?uest Love on plane right now

-slept a total of 10 hours maybe this week

-you have no sense of time casinos that large. One time I looked at my watch and it was 830 am before I felt tired. One time I looked at my watch and it was only 9 pm and I was ready for bend. It's a very weird feeling

-its just a carnival for adults. Dressing in practically nothing and walking around in public is just a cool deal, no one really stares any more than normal.

Would recommend

I couldn’t back Dempster and the Red Sox are 4-7 v LHP since the break averaging 2.9 runs. They are 1-4 versus lefty with an average of 2.0 runs in August. They do better versus lefty at home, but it ultimately came down to Dempster.

Last chance to get aboard the Foster under (Thanks Gooroo) Hopefully he plays week 1.

John McClain of the Houston Chronicle expressed concern about Arian Foster's (back, calf) Week 1 availability on Twitter Sunday.
"If I'm (coach Gary) Kubiak and Arian Foster has a back injury that's requiring injections and feeling pain in legs, I'm worried about him for opener," wrote McClain. At a Sunday presser, Kubiak revealed Foster's back pain "has gone into his legs," and doctors advised injections to alleviate it. "They tell me these injections take time," said Kubiak. "We're taking our time. ... The running back picture is concerning." Foster has missed every timeline to return to practice the Texans' coaches and medical staff have set in front of him. After three years of overuse, it's fair to wonder if Foster's body is beginning to break down.

There is a new girl housekeeper at the gym. Her name tag says Cleo. She doesn’t know me, but every time she walks by I always want to say “Call me now for your free readin!!”

Yeah, I like the under here, too, but tying up money for six months for even money (or -110 on 5d) just seems silly to me.

There are a bunch of rushing TD's vs on him too. I grabbed A. Morris +4.5 rush TD's vs Foster. I liked that one anyways, but there are about 5 more vs other RB's you can grab

If I can get a reasonable expectation of profit on it I don't care if I need to wait 6 months. Hell I'd rather do this then go for shorter edges week to week.

i hate that futures are always set on TD's. Would love to see some set for rushing yards or catches. Got F'd last year when Michael Turner got a good amount of TDs, even though he sucked

I guess i just don't understand baseball. How can a pitcher throw an 80+ ball at a guy 3-4 times, finally hit him, and then the opposing manager gets tossed. So we're basically saying it is ok to hit A-Rod. If i am the Yankees. I tell my pitchers to have a field day, and just start gunning at everybody for the hell of it if we are losing later in the game

ETA: Pretty amazing, but Boston fans are truly a special breed. I don't know anybody else that could make people feel bad for A-Rod or be on his side for anything

If you gave me +2000 odds that i'd watch this game tonight and root FOR ARod I would have passed...yet here I am. You go at a guy once, fine. twice? sketchy....4 times though? I don't care who it is...that's bush. I high five'd the wifey when Arod took him deep...and it wasn't just cause i'm on the Yanks on tonights bet. At least not completely.

Total horsebleep display.

A-Rod gets thrown at and finally drilled.... WARNING TO THE YANKEE BENCH!!!

Stellar work, blue!

Nugs that's cool even though you guys missed the Greinke collarbone incident, at least you two can claim you saw the A-Rod incident. Cheers brohan. And nice job getting the wife to watch baseball with you.

I'd like to be baseball commissioner for 1 week. I'd make a rule that if you throw at a player twice and miss, that the opposing pitchers get to line you up like that game "red butt" and throw one fastball at your back. and if you hit the batter with the baseball, the batter is allowed to bring the bat with him to the mound to retaliate. Guarantee if they wanted to stop throwers from throwing at batters this would work.

But of course why would MLB want to stop it, gives them more ratings and has people talking about them.

NBA? I doesn't matter who's playing...she's watching. The Heat? Good luck keeping the lil Nuggets asleep, she's all in.

NFL/College FB? No prob, bob...she loves it, sheoit, she's even won a few magic fb leagues.

But baseball? It takes an act of ####### congress to keep a baseball game on more than 5 minutes around here...fortunately she just sat down about the time the 1st ARod AB started and that was all it took for her to start blasting Dempster.

She just said "karma" when the ump caught one in the throat. F, I love that woman.

First thing that popped into my mind.

;)

Dunno if this is factored in, but Boston and SF are both flying from the east coat to SF for a game on Monday night. I imagine that Lester and Lincecum have preceded them out there. Under 7 +105?

Hopefully since it's the last game on the card, folks will see Red Sox and pile on the over 7 in SF and give us a good plus number or a hook to bet.
