The 2-0 powerhouse Duke Blue Devils take on the stinging Yellow Jackets of GT. Duke lost their qb last week in the 2 touchdown win against mighty memphis. Week 1 they routed NC CENTRAL 45-0. Huge step up in class after wins against 1 patsie and one weak sister at home. Like a 10K claimer running in a graded stakes race....they should lose prohibitively.
NIU takes on the Vandals of Idaho. 1st game of the yr, idaho scored 6 against north texas losing 40-6. Last week, they scored 10 against a decent Wyoming team losing 42-10........but wait.......they scored the 10 in garbage time and Wyoming had pulled their starters. Should be a sound beating for the vandals, one to which you say, what kind of an animal would do this to another animal?

This week in the nfl, not one over/under is under 40 pts. I don't think i've ever seen that. I like the over in the bears/vikes game. Peterson usually runs well against us and i can see the bears putting up between 24-35.

Nick Saban has already admitted this offseason (in May!) that preparation for Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M has been an "ongoing process," which was already quite a statement from a coach whose discussion of future challenges rarely venture beyond simply waking up the following morning. But if this photo via Taylor Travis of the Alabama weight room is any indication, the Crimson Tide's loss to the Aggies in 2012 has stuck in the craw of Saban and his team like few others. Travis indicates that "they have the A&M game playing on every TV as well as the A&M logo on the weight stations." Look closely and, sure enough, there's a game on the TVs and Aggie towels hanging from the weights:
Suffice it to say that if the photo is legitimate, and A&M defeats Alabama for the second year in a row in their Sept. 14 showdown at College Station (3:30 ET, CBS), the Aggies aren't going to do it with the element of surprise.

I jumped aboard the Vols train for 1 unit. This isn't Nichols state or some second rate ACC team. The Ducks shouldn't be able to run up the score at will. All of vegas has this at 27 I think catching 4 TD's is a good spot here.

Yep. Vols aren't as good as they've looked against WKU, but Oregon has been inflated by subpar competition as well. Tennessee are a shell of their late 90's selves... but they're still a mid-tier SEC Program who seem to have bought into their HC's system fully. I'm under no delusions that UT will win this game, but I wouldn't be surprised to see us keep it to within 3 scores.The Ref said:

Alvarez has a shot, but he will have to knock out Mayweather to win. They don't call Mayweather "Money" for nothing. He is a cash cow, and boxing won't let it's cash cow out to pasture easily. Alvarez can't win a decision. That's why I won't touch this or any other boxing match.

They are making a big push for poker players and the main complaint from them was they can't play on "the merge network" because it took them so damn long to do payouts. So the word is they went to the hip and bought themselves some new banking contacts that would process the $$ in short order for them.
My pal said he got a few checks from them last month and the longest it took was 10 days. I got one processed in 24 hours and the check is supposedly in the mail. Guess ill know for sure by early next week.

So I was told you all were looking for my opinion on this weeks NIU game. I smell blowout. 28 isn't going tone a problem. The over is a mortal lock. Idaho plays in a done and my game is as sharp as ever. 45 yards, 55 yards, even 65 yards in no problem in that thin air.
Have a hunch and bet a bunch gentlemen. NIU and Over all the way.

I went ahead and put these in for Sunday. Still have until Sunday night to play around with SF/SEA but have an easier time doing so with this number. SEA TCB last Sunday on the opposite coast. I think they TCB this Sunday in the home opener, too.
