FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (11 Viewers)

Steve Stevens: "We're not getting backdoored like we did yesterday with Virginia."

Backdoored... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Duke scored 35 STRAIGHT POINTS!!!
This show is way more fun when you're looking up the box scores for the games.
It's utterly confusing to me. This tub of shit, who is allegedly making ~$60K a month, spends all day Sunday at the bar watching a game with one of his "high rollers" who is in town. He's nervous because the guy just made the biggest bet of his life ($1,100 to make $1,000 on the Tenn/SF over 41) and it looks like a loser.

Why is he wasting his time with this guy? I honestly don't get it. I bet $1,100 before breakfast.

The guy is jumping up and down in the bar like a jackass because he won $1,000, half of which goes to Haystacks.

:lmao: :lmao:

This show is the best.

Sweet 16 bets:

Stanford -3

Baylor +3 [5u]

Baylor/Wisconsin under 137

Florida -4.5 [3u]

SDSU +7 [2u]

SDSU/Arizona under 55.5 1H [2u]

Michigan -1.5 [4u]

UCONN +2 [2u]

UCONN/ISU over 146

Louisville -4.5

Louisville/Kentucky over 139

Michigan State -2

MSU/UVA under 127 [2u]

You don't eat breakfast until sundown tho---

Any way we can let CNBC or whoever is running this show that if they're gonna spend production money on this jackass, at least have them not make the same time 2 games next day mistake?

It's entertaining enough watching them watch the games, even if it's fake. I just shudder knowing there are rich morons out there who happily give these scumbags half their winnings. It's tough enough with the vig without having to tip out these clowns as well.

Apparently he's a buddy of Mayweather's, but May doesn't buy his picks, haha. They were filming a 24/7, and the VIPSports offices were next door.

Pretty thorough takedown here: http://www.sportsgrid.com/gamblin/cnbcs-sports-betting-show-stars-floyd-mayweathers-friend-whos-so-full-of-####-it-hurts/

That article is all kinds of awesome. Must-read.

Are you the tipster who alerted the author about the games being played at the same time?

Nope, wasn't me.

I'm nervous about free throws putting this one over because I think it'll be close, that's why I'm going under first half.
last foirst half I did was Va vs coastal and coastal scored like 32 or something, then 15 in the 2nd half so Im a bit weary.

Someone else likes under at betonline/sportsbetting, +110 there....a few if the others are considerably worse, up in the -165 category which means a few max bets on the same side as you.

I can see why somebody might like the Adams under going up against Florida, but I think that line is way too low.

I agree and more importantly the market agrees. The total opened at 136 and has moved to 138.5, somebody has to score all those points. I actually like the UCLA +4.5 side quite a bit here.

Can't wait for the games tonight.

I want to root against everyone on here, but I fell bad for the people losing their money for some reason.
I think there's a good chance these guys are actors and aren't really putting money down.
based on the two games at once withh ball st and duke I guess that would make sense now

I was in Vegas and acutally spent 12 hours in the LVH both Sat and Sun of the same weekend of the 2nd episode. My brother and I both remember a guy with a video camera in the back of the sportsbook one of the days - I have no idea if it was this amateur crew filming this bogus fake show, but it could have been. I love the "backdoored YESTERDAY" comment when the game was the same day.

This kind of dovetails into something I have been thinking about recently, when a team is up against a tough D, I would make the assumption that more shots go through the primary scorer, and while his %'s might get hurt, he's shooting in more volume, as there are certainly a lot of possessions where the offense comes down to "Oh ####, there's 6 on the clock, give it to X and let him try to do something." So maybe tough defenses suppress primary scorers some, but secondary scorers moreso.

There's also the issue of slower pace, which brings everything down.

Bovada has this up today and I think it's a strong bet. He only needs 5 points in 8 games and has been better than a point per game player for the past 3 seasons. If he misses a game, bet is no action so less risk of losing due to an injury. Would suck if he gets over the total and sits the last game of the year for some reason, but Leafs are in a fight for the playoffs and they've been giving him 20+ minutes/night.

Total Points for Phil Kessel in the regular season: O81.5 (-175)
(must play remaining 8 games for wager to have action)

I got Dayton 8-4 SU and 9-3 ATS as the dog this season (6-1 SU and 7-0 ATS non-conference) so I took them at 3.5 -109 for a grip of cash. Also dislike that Big Nastic dude's face. What is the O/U on fouls for him tonight like 4.5.
