FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (11 Viewers)

So I just bought into a $50 double up tourney at betonline...then promptly forgot I entered it (kid woke up). Had an epiphany, hurriedly clicked over to see that I was in 3rd of 3 people (which is a winner in a 6 table game). Free $50!

Nice! I've done something similar before

My old man used to have an older friend who used to swear by Gentleman Jack. Right when it came out, or at least the first time I had ever heard of it, he was talking about how it made girls extra wet. And how he hated a dry #####. That's why he liked to give younger girls Gentleman Jack, because they couldn't taste the alcohol and drank too much of it. Frosty you are getting some tonight brohan.

These are the type of people I used to hang out w as a kid.

Wells she's already passed out on the couch over there. Which I guess doesn't necessarily rule anything out.

From my experience chicks like it if you wake them up with a finger in the #####

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Will probably not report back.

Congrats NL. Living dangerously my man. I think those last two huge multi-unit MLs you took, Belmont and SDST actually covered the side.

Yep, Sharks sail a puck over the glass for a delay of game penalty.

Yep, Jets score on the ensuing power play to win the game.

BECAUSE WHY THE F-CK WOULDN'T THEY????????????

Dombrowski's been pretty solid for awhile now, but between this and the Fister trade, yeesh.
He's my favorite MLB hitter, loved that guy since he was down here. I quit going to the Marlins game after they got rid of him for Maybin and Miller-dealing the modern day Babe Ruth....in fact I can't recall a worse trade in retrospect in the MLB (but i'm a prisoner of the moment). He was absolutely worth $300MM (if any baseball player is) 10 years ago....but now? When's the last time a huge contract for a 30+ y.o. has paid off? Ever happened?
:hey:

Rising MLB prospect Ryne Sandberg to the Cubs (with Bowa), in exchange Phillies receive Ivan DeJesus.

Will never get over that one.

That's awful.

Maybe I'm too young but miggy is the best hitter I've seen, maybe bonds on the juice was better.

Got a 10 team AL-only auction draft live in-person Saturday in the early afternoon. I also see that Taco Bell has released their breakfast menu nationwide as of yesterday.

Think I'm going to hold off until Sunday morning to try this out, I fear a re-enactment of the MCAT exam in Van Wilder is inevitable, rather that take place in the comfort of my own home.

Sausage egg & cheese crunch wrap supreme including a hash brown looks so dang good, though  , and the Ronald McDonald commercial shtick is pretty solid: http://www.tacobell.com/breakfast

In for fantasy if a team winds up open.

My early lean is still Iowa St -1.5 tomorrow over my Huskies, unfortunately.

I may play Iowa St as strictly an emotional hedge for a few units.

Lump, how you feeling about it?

Had a dream/vision last night

Michigan Tenn game was Ten 42 Mich 32 with about 10-12 minutes left in the 2nd half. Mich was having a hard time scoring and not making their 3's

In for:

Ten 1st half

Michi under their points

Under for the game

We're full for 2014, I'm one of the two new owners that got invited to take over for guys that left this season. I'll let these guys know though, since if two left just this year, I'm sure another will emerge, and I'll put you up to take the team over.

It's pretty sweet, keeper auction league. You do contracts, acquisition price + $5 for each year you want to keep a guy after their first two contract seasons. No setting rosters, like an MLB team, your team is your team for season long 5x5. 8 waiver moves a season, and a minor league draft/promotion system that is too much info to type here.

the only place I could manage to get to take my money was sportsbetting.ag, but that's because I live in Washington, which has a separate state law against online gambling, so most books won't even let me try to sign up

I requested a payout from Bovada and got a check via fedex like 2 or 3 days later. Was amazingly fast.

every check I've gotten from sportsbook so far has taken a month or two.

Stokes (ten) o 15p -120

Stokes (ten) o 11r -120

Napier (uconn) o 18p -120

Ejim (isu) o 7.5r -130

Young (uk) u 13.5p -140

Harris (msu) o 14.5p -120

I have a bet on uconn +1.5 and I really really hope it loses
Last year I had a Louisville (thanks again Frosty) and let it ride - they seemed to be a cut above the rest.

I have futures on Iowa St (thanks) Mich St (GooRoo and Frosty) Michigan (thanks) and Wisconsin (thanks also)- I think those other three were on your recommedation. I was having a really difficult time this year figuring out where to hedge. I put in a decent size ML bet on UCONN as well but no big favorites tonight in the other games. Mich is 23/1 and MSU is 12/1

I don't think Iowa state, dayton, tennessee, kentucky or uconn can win this tourney. The other teams all have a shot. Really looking forward to msu/virginia tonight

Tennessee's wins have all been by a margin of seven points or more. They are 0-2 in games decided by three points or less (both v Texas A&M). Michigan is 7-2 in games decided by three points or less. Games Tennessee has been lined as the dog have gone 1-8-1 O/U (avg total 135.2). And Tennessee is 3-7 SU and 4-6 ATS as the dog this season. They are 3-2 SU and ATS as the dog in non-conference play with an O/U of 0-5 in those games (avg total 138.8), including the overtime win versus Iowa last Wednesday.

Louisville is 23-5 SU and 13-13 ATS in non-conference play. But the average line in those games was -16.2 points. In the games they laid 13 or more points they went 18-0 SU and 11-7 ATS (avg line -20). In the non-conference games they laid less than 13 points they went 3-5 SU and 2-6 ATS (avg line -6.6).

3 of the 4 games went over last night. Thinking of taking all 4 overs tonight. Desperation sets in with win-or-go-home games... maybe more fouling late in the games than you would normally see. Taking UVA/MSU over is scary but the total is already very low.

DeSean Jackson released by the Eagles -- gang ties.
I love how instead of coverage on the local Comcast Sports Station here, it's an infomercial for Brazilian Butt Lift. Now that I've finished, I'm forced to watch espn coverage of it because Fox Sports 1 has Nascar qualifying races on. God I hate everything today
