FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (5 Viewers)

Alabama is expected to win more games than any other SEC team, according to the first college football season win totals posted in Las Vegas.Sportsbook operator CG Technology, formerly Cantor Gaming, posted win totals on every SEC team Tuesday.

Alabama leads the pack at 10.5 (-120o). The Crimson Tide enter the season having been favored in 54 straight games and are expected to be favored in each of their 12 regular-season games this year. Their non-conference schedule is SEC soft, with the opener against West Virginia being the only matchup with a Power-5 conference team. Alabama is a 23.5-point favorite over the Mountaineers. The Tide avoids the two top teams from the East (Georgia and South Carolina) and get Auburn at home to end the season. Alabama travels to LSU on Nov. 8.

Tennessee attracted early action. After opening at 5 (-120u), enough OVER money came in on the Vols to even out the juice at -100. Tennessee’s non-conference schedule is highlighted by a trip to Norman to face highly-touted Oklahoma. The Vols, who have no returning starters on the offensive line, play Alabama and Ole Miss from the West.

Expectations remain low at Kentucky. CG Technology’s oddsmakers pegged the Wildcats’ season win total at 3.5 (-150o). Kentucky has lost 16 consecutive SEC games, going 2-14 against the spread in those games.

Has anyone had experience using a Matchbook or Pinnacle account (registered to someone outside US) using an US IP address?
I wouldn't mess around with this. Did 5dimes reduced cut your limits? Pinny is arguably the sharpest out in the world. You should be tearing up the square US facing books and getting limited/booted before making a move like this. If you were to do this I also wouldn't use a proxy, I'd setup a spare laptop at your friends house in canada(or wherever) and then remote access into that computer. It's much safer that way and gives the book no legitimate reason to disable your account if you're always logging in from the same MAC/IP address.

Get those low hanging fruit, bonuses, reloads, slow moving books...there's lots of easy money out there.

Also remember that when you need to cashout the money will be paid out to that other person. Make sure it's someone you trust and make sure they understand whats going on. They're on the hook if their government taxes gambling winnings and they come after them.

Thoughts on Donaldson for AL MVP? Seems like he could take enough from the "advanced stats/WAR" crowd and the "best player on the best team" crowd to steal it from Trout. And Trout's been a little beat up lately.

Tailing a buddy on the Reds tonight
Let him know so that he has time to buy back on the Giants.
It might be a trick for me to take the Reds so he can load up on the GiantsSide note: a few weeks back he asks if I want to invest in a Pick 4 with him at Belmont...I decline, he hits for 1K

Later that night he goes after another one at some track in Winnipeg...I take 10% or so. We end up live in final race to 6 out if 8 horses that can win us money (nothing big...maybe 2-1 return for me if we win)

So one of the horses that can beat us ends up scratching at the gate, so now only one horse winning can cause us to lose money

Bet you can guess who won that race

I think NYR wins tonight - LAD may have a 3 straight 7 game series hangover - taking NYR to win Game 1 and the series @ +200 at RB.

if NYR wins tonight - the series price of LAK will be at plus odds and I'll be locking in profits...... and if NYR loses tonight... oh well - I've made worse bets in my life I am sure.

Rude, I have a feeling we may get a bunch of the under 5 games in this series that many expected in the two conference finals. You agree?
