FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (6 Viewers)

Padres are averaging 3.01 runs per game so far this season.

So far thru 14 World Cup games, there are an average of 3.29 goals per game.

Good job on the Pads, RN. You had the east coast to west coast angle working for you on that one, don't know if you noticed that. They have that weird start time tomorrow, too.

The Angels don't know if Shoemaker is a starter or reliever. He's got a strong K/9 but Cleveland is 3rd-best in the MLB in not striking out, and 6th-best in walks taken. In a toss up game versus the Angels' bullpen I'll pay a dollar to back the team who bats last. Cleveland is also 3rd in OPS v RHP and after last night they are now 16-8 SU (.667) at home versus RHP (8-0 SU L8). I'm just trying to get it in on a coin-flip type game.

Indians -101

Verlander has allowed at least five earned runs in six of his 15 starts this season. In 2013,he allowed 5 or more ER 6 times over 34 starts.

Parlaying the favorites in WC today for what is basically 2-1 odds.

Brazil

Belgium

Russia
I was thinking the same thing, but, passed. Too much to go wrong like a Brazil - Mexico Nil-Nil tie.

ETA: Will probably jump on Russia now.

The Mariners are 6-0 SU in Hernandez's starts at San Diego. The average line in those six games was -116. The average score in those six games was about 5-1. The Mariners beat the Padres in San Diego with this same pitching matchup 7-1 last season against a line of -124. link

so what happens to the total bets of the Angels/Indians (11 runs vs a 9.5 line) if this game is called in the bottom of the 9th due to rain?

TCU vs. Virginia in the College World Series on ESPN.... 2-2 heading to the 14th.

Who wants $25 PayPal action with me. I'll let you choose the team. :bag:

Today's leans:

Cincy, LAA, Mil/Az O, SF/CWS U

GLTA
AB

FWIW, I really like LAA today - Masterson has not been good, and the Indians had to use some of the lesser arms in their pen last night. Brantley is still out as far as I know and that seems to impact the entire CLE lineup. I know CLE is really good at home, but ANA is locked in right now.

The crowd noise at these world cup games is crazy. Can't believe how much i'm enjoying these games because the crowds are so insane. It's also fantastic that the action is non-stop......no commercials is so great.

Besides 5dimes, which books offer overnight baseball lines to US customers and with what limits? I prefer stale underdog lines as well. Quick search says Sportsbook Bookmaker and BetUs. That it?

Does SB refund foreign transaction fees?
bump. Got hit with a $60 fee unexpectedly
Doubt it but can't hurt to ask. Did you use a different card than normal? I use either a Marriott or Chase Sapphire, neither of which charge a foreign transaction fee.

On a related note, my latest check from SB had to go through collections ($25 fee) whereas those before didn't. Apparently, whatever bank they're using currently doesn't have a US presence.

HR parlay for ####s and giggles:

Cin +118/Mil/AZ O9 - 115/LAD - 205/LAA - 122/SEA - 137

1 unit pays 18 ... why not?

So ummm, any good reason not to pound the #### out of Felix tonight? RL and ML. You already saw his career numbers @ SD that Saw posted, and we all know the Padres can't score. Guess I'm worried about something mystical/illogical happening in their first home game since Gwynn's death.
