I play blackjack and the max bet is $50/single hand, I bet the $50/hand and just hope to run it up over 1k and then grind it out at like $10/hand. If you make it thru the rollover they will automatically remove all the bonus money so if you're below your original starting amount everything disappears. Anything above your original starting amount will transfer to your sports account.
