FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (5 Viewers)

oh man, i wanted to add on to Stanford for the 2nd half, but -10.5 while already being up 31 points has me staying clear away. Would be a nice middle there but can't put any money on a team that scored 14 points in the 1st half
Don't do it. You aren't going to know what you get the last 5-6 minutes in this blow out game.
yup, i layed off and figured to be happy with them covering the initial spread :hifive:

Hoops:

Michigan -2

Georgia State -16

Dayton -6

Mizzou +9
ooo going with the harbaugh angle
going to put a decent amount for NCAAB on this for me with this. Ticket prices are going for $125 for this game for the anticipation of Harbaugh being announced at halftime
I did not factor in the Harbaugh angle;
2011 they did it for Hoke they lost by 4 to #2 OSU who went on to be 17-0

This Grizzlies/Spurs game is nuts. There were 3 3's made in last 7 seconds of regulation. Headed to Triple OT now.
Rematch in Memphis tomorrow night. Spurs will be in the first game of a road B2B and they've played well in that situation. I'm thinking of backing them and also looking at the Suns. The Pelicans are 6-0 SU at home versus teams under .500 this season (avg line -6.0) but they're only 2-3 SU at home against teams over .500 (avg line -2.0).

I have a hard time reading more than a sentence. Can you bold the play I am supposed to follow? TIA

Did not expect absolute beatdowns in these two games.
Texas was straight up thrown around like a rag doll at the LOS on defense, and was a sieve on the O-line. Just a brutal beatdown, we move on.

You could always monster tease Stanford by 8 down to 6 with.........................? Although teasing CFB goes against everything that is true and right and yada yada yada

Seriously, kill me now.

The Raiders are reportedly set to interview a former NFL head coach for their top coaching position.

Former Browns and Jets coach Eric Mangini will meet with Oakland, Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports reported Monday night.

The 43-year-old Mangini was 23-26 in three seasons in New York (2006-2008) and 10-22 in two seasons with Cleveland (2009-2010). He is currently the 49ers’ tight ends coach.

At a quick glance, without getting too deep into individual matchups and whatnot, the Bengals +4.5 seems very tasty.

ETA: I know all about "Bad Andy" in the playoffs, but I think Hill adds a dimension the recent Cincy teams didn't have. If he can run the ball down Indy's throat, that will spin the clock and keep Goober Luck sipping Gatorade on the sidelines.

Hill only got 4 rushing attempts when the Colts shut them out earlier in the year. But then again he had only received an average of 7 carries per game up to that point in the season. The Bengals only rushed 11 times in that game versus the Colts as Bernard only got 7 carries himself. Andy threw the ball 38 times. However, in the 10 games since the Colts shut them out Hill has averaged 18 carries per game. And the Bengals are 7-1 SU this year when Hill gets 13 or more carries. It's weird that the Bengals decided to throw so much in that first meeting because it's not like the Colts were running away with anything - they only led by three after the 1Q and 10 at the half.

I am going to waterproof my deck tomorrow and noticed that shoppers who bought waterproofer also bought lawn & garden sprayers. Spraying it on instead is going to beat the hell out of rolling it on with a paint roller.
You'll get better coverage as well. Spraying is definitely the boss move

LSU -1.5 / UGA PK / STAN -7 / BAMA -2

+200 for 1u

Lot of big SEC games sitting in a pretty nice teaser window. Maybe parlay this for a little bit as well We'll see

That's the problem with Hue Jackson he has completely abandoned the run. He did it vs the Browns too when Dalton was like 8-30 that one game. Browns had one of the worst rushing defenses in the league and Hill may have had 3 rushing attempts in the 2nd half. I thought he even did so a little on Sunday Night. Colts rush defense is bad, so you would think they stick to ground and pound and Hill gets 20 plus carries and Gio around 8 or so.

Probably easier to just say Gio gets 28 carries....we have enough confusing wordiness posts with saw, we don't need you doing the same thing

I think that was Gio 20 carries and 8 catches.

It could be worse.

It could be JDR.

I have UGA pickem as the last legs of two teasers.

Actually thinking about a 3 game all under parlay for the CFB games today. That alone might take years off my life

ND has given up an avg of 244 yards on the ground over the last 5 games. I know Day is back (sat out last 2 games), but Fournette o108.5 (RB) could be a play. Wouldn't mind hearing from the prop guys though

Nashville local radio had beat writers for both teams... they are expecting LSU to hand the ball off 50 times.

Of course now they'll throw for 300 yards.

I already bet under Jennings and over both RB's

unpossible. I think the under 11.5 jennings completions hits

I just put 1u on Fournette. Leaning that way on McGee too.

What about Fuller o72.5 receiving on SB? He's gone under that total in only 3 games this year and they should be playing from behind, but LSU's defense is tough and the QB change leaves some uncertainty. Thoughts?

As a word of warning, teasers become less effective on games where more points are being scored...if you like those games on their own then cool, but there are very few cfb games that i think can show a positive expectation if they're wonged.
