**Finless Memorial Gobbler - rodg12 Wins - Kyle Kendrick MVP (2 Viewers)

2.10 - Alexi Amarista (2B, SS, 3B, OF)

This guy has a lot going for him. Seen here with a typical post at-bat reaction, Amarista brings eligibility at four different positions to the table. I believe our friends at Baseball Prospectus put it best when they said: "Amarista's ability to play anywhere helps-- he admirably plugged the Padres' shortstop sinkhole last year-- but reaching first base less often than an actual padre limits his value." Or, in my case, makes him a Gobbler superhero. GB you, Alexi, and cheers to the fabulously awful summer we're going to share together.

I have Cheese's pick but Wrigley is in the thread.

I'll give him a chance to repack for Jackson and post Cheese's pick when I get home.

Jon played 4 months in MLB and hit .200 in none of them. Astros committed 5 years to this slob and can probably give him 600 ABs of .580 ops at 1st base about 3 more years before anyone notices.

3.03 - Emilio Bonifacio (2B, OF)

BONERFACE! Over the years, we all have likely screamed his name with delight as the waiver wire superstar stole 3 bags in one night to push our roto teams a notch up the standings all on his own. Then, we took our lumps as he went 0 for his next 22 as we anxiously awaited a second chance to see him steal bases. I'd like to think I'll feel that same excitement as a Bonifacio owner this season, I'll just be doing my squealing at the hitless streak and taking my lumps on the stolen bases. Show us that smile, Emilio, and welcome aboard. Adeiny and Alexi are excited to see you.

Fine pick here.

Not sure about the Billy Butler one...was he on the ####ty radar?

3.04 - David Freese, 3b, Angels?

It isn't easy to be completely average two straight years, but Freese has pulled it off. That means he gets a starting gig and is terrible at it. Perfect.

He does nothing and plays everyday.
In KC he played every day. Oakland might platoon him.
Damn I think you're right.

Singleton will fight for at bats behind Carter (1b) and Gattis (DH) right?
I have no idea it's the Astros. I don't think so?In my head Carter fields like Edgar Martinez and Gattis is C/LF, but all of their options suck including my guy.

3.05 - Kyle Kendrick, SP, COL

"Kendrick is fairly durable and has generally been a decent back-of-the-rotation starter, but his lack of strikeouts is a particularly poor fit for Coors Field and he served up 25 homers in 32 starts last year."

Sounds perfect.
