Here's my league setup.
Completions (.5), Passing Yards (60 yards per point; 5 points at 300 yards), Passing Touchdowns (6), Interceptions (-3), Sacks (-2.5)
Rushing Yards (25 yards per point; 5 points at 125 yards), Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Receptions (0.75), Reception Yards (20 yards per point; 5 points at 100 yards)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Return Yards (30 yards per point; 5 points at 90 yards), Return Touchdowns (6)
2-Point Conversions (2)
Fumbles Lost (-3)
Field Goals 0-39 Yards (3), Field Goals 40-49 Yards (3.5), Field Goals 50+ Yards (4), Point After Attempt Made (1)
Point After Attempt Missed (-0.5)
Tackle Solo (1), Tackle Assist (0.5), Sack (2.5), Interception (3), Fumble Force (2.5), Fumble Recovery (3), Safety (2), Pass Defended (1.50), Block Kick (3)
Roster positions are: QB, WR, WR, RB, WR/TE, WR/TE, WR/TE, WR/RB, K, D, D, D, DB, DB, DB, DB, DL, DL, DL, DL, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN
That's right 20 starters and only 5 bench spots (we pay for FA moves, too). What kind of draft strategy should I employ? We are allowed one pre-draft free agent and I scored Steven Jackson, so he represents my first round pick. This is a 12 team league (other players out of the draft pol are LT, LJ, Tiki, Peyton, Reggie Bush, and Alexander)
Using draft dominator, when I accomodate for the return yards I have 2 DB's (McGee and Pacman) in the top 50. Could this be right and how long should I wait to grab one (or both) of them.
